Best service ever Chris Hisaw was one of the most professional workers I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he was very fast and thorough with the repairs he answered all of my questions and didn't seem to be phased a single bit (I asked alot of questions) all in all I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. You honestly can't find anyone better.

Excellent customer service when I called for information on motorizing my driveway gate. An appointment was booked immediately to provide an estimate. The technician that came out (Brian) was prompt, professional and courteous. Brian provided a written estimate within 15 minutes of his assessment. Great service!

Working with Precision is easy. They are efficient and follow through with the plan we set up. They also give ample notice of when the technician will arrive and then he calls when he's on the way. Dillon has been our technician for several years and he has kept an old garage door working well. He knows the business well and explains the diagnosis and the fix clearly. Fantastic service! In less than 24 hours after calling in our problem, Precision Door Service had a service tech at my home and had my problem fixed. I contacted Precision to schedule a technician to come out and replace a broken garage door spring. We scheduled for the next morning between 8 - 10 am. I received a call from Dillon at 8:15 that he would be at the house in 10-15 min. They showed up by 8:30 and he indicated it would take about 20-30 min. He replaced both springs, per their recommendation, and was completed before 9:00 am. I was told in advance of about how much it was, and although I felt it was a bit pricing, they lived up to the stated expectations.

Service tech Tristan did an outstanding job. Very courteous and wanted to make sure our needs were met. He assured all materials were removed from site. I would highly recommend this individual. All communication with the company was superb. Only company that has sent us a picture with techs profile before he arrived on-site.
