Hi my Wife called Precision at 8:30am Friday November 3-2023. She made an appointment for 4-6. So the technician was in our area and he came by about 11:00 am. His name is John Bennet. My garage door started giving me problems. I had used Precision at my previous residence so I called today and Casey was at my house the same afternoon. He found the problem quickly and had it repaired soon after. Nice, professional. Showed me that the rollers should be replaced but left that up to me. No pushy sales talk. I had them replaced to prevent later problems. I was super happy the door didn’t need replacing. Thanks Casey & Precision Garage Doirs!

The young man that was sent was very knowledgeable and experienced, based on what was done. He told and showed me what he going to do and gave me a general time frame to complete the job.
