Our service was scheduled within 24 hours of our call. We received notification of arrival and a picture of the technician prior to his arrival. Roger arrived promptly and provided a diagnosis of the problem. He explained the options we could select for our repair. Once we agreed on the repair, he provided the price prior to the work. He was very professional in his work. Following installation, Roger ensured all programming was complete. We were very happy with our service. We will use Precision Garage Door Service again should the need arise.
