I have used Precision Door Service for the last three years - from installing a new battery backup Liftmaster, to replacing a keypad, to normal maintenance (oiling the rollers and tracks). They come at a minutes notice, always on time. Their technicians are friendly and professional. Their cost is reasonable.

My garage door started giving me problems. I had used Precision at my previous residence so I called today and Casey was at my house the same afternoon. He found the problem quickly and had it repaired soon after. Nice, professional. Showed me that the rollers should be replaced but left that up to me. No pushy sales talk.
