This company was so easy to deal with. Easy to schedule the appointment, they called ahead since they could come earlier the gentleman replaced the spring and also offered a lifetime warranty on ALL door parts for the future and at a fair price. Now if they could find the plastic light cover to the opener would be great since they no longer make this opener.

We were very impressed with this service. It’s a Saturday. When I attempted to let the garage door down this afternoon, something popped and the door began coming apart. I looked online to find a service that’s open on the weekend. Precision Door Service was the first one to pop up. The young man came much sooner than later, which was great.
