I called Precision Door because it had initially installed the garage door. I had an issue with the key pad. The tech arrived at the time Precision Door said he would. Also, the tech called me to say when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I immediately thought, good customer service. When the Tech Jason arrived, he explained everything and quickly resolved the issues I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also inspected the door and found everything in good condition. He sprayed a lubricant on the door and rollers. 100% good customer service and a very reasonable price. I say reasonable because I have used other garage companies in the past at a previous house. They don't even compare to Precision Door. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in replying to this survey, but I have been having problems with my systems. All of my devices were scammed and I have been fearful of getting back on any device. However, your technicians were the most professional and courteous that I have ever met. I was so blessed to have such professional and kindly men in my presence. Please thank them for me! I would still like to have the wireless opener installed that the technician suggested for me to get in case of power failure!

Excellent service. I had a bad experience calling a repair man for washing machine after selecting on internet. So now I was skeptical when selecting a garage door opener repair service. However, it turned out great. Customer service lady was very nice, answered my questions and scheduling was easy. I loved the instant texts and emails that showed schedule and when repairman would arrive. In fact repair man was in area early and called and asked if he could arrive in 5 minutes. Then I got a text with a short bio and picture of repairman. Gave a personal touch. Matt McNatt was great. Diagnosed problem quickly and explained needed repair and cost. I was concerned about the age (16 yrs) of the unit and asked if it was his unit would he install a new unit or do the repair. He said I had an excellent unit and that the repair would work and last many more years. He could have "hosed" me and said I need a new unit but gave me an honest opinion. I appreciated that. The cost was very fair and he repaired quickly. Unit works great and he also went over the whole door and components and gave me opinion on condition. I would recommend Precision Door for your service. Thanks Matt.

Our technician, Jason Rodriguez, was amazing! He arrived on time and immediately knew what the problem with my garage door was, and he told me that my attempts to fix it myself should never have had to happen! That’s the last time I’ll cal Overhead Door of Memphis directly. It will be Precision Door Services all the time from now on.
