Technician was actually a little ahead of the scheduled appointment which I didn't mind at all. He was very thorough and informative. And he was also helpful with possible additional solutions in regards to other non-immediate issues. The cost of the replacement rollers and tune up was most agreeable and less than expected. This is the second representative to come to my home and I would definitely welcome either one of them back. I have referred Precision to my mom and intend to advise others in the future as well.

Nathan was my sales and service rep and I must say that he was excellent. He was always professional and helpful. He paid attention to every detail and he went the extra mile with the install making sure that the new garage door that he installed was setup correctly to work with my new garage door opener. He even went behind me to make sure that I installed my opener correctly. He patiently answered all of my questions and was just plain honest with my about my existing doors. I can't say enough good things about Nathan. He's a good young man!

Aaron and his trainee called much earlier than expected and were able to come then and free our car. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Gave us several choices as to repairs. Chose one with new rollers, springs, and now sounds so quiet and opens and closes so easily. Our spring broke this morning about 6:15am and we thought something had exploded! I didn't think fixing garage door on my 5 year old house would be on my to do list until the spring broke in 2 places. It was a tense moment for me just arriving home from work at 5:30pm. I had no clue who to call. I got online and searched. Precision door service popped up. After reading the good reviews I gave them a call. Anyway, to make it short, their technician, Ben White showed up. Very nice friendly guy. We charted briefly about family. He went to work and had my garage door working in about 40minutes. I was there while he was working. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took time to answer all my questions about why and how the spring broke. And why the new spring he installed is better than the old one. I am glad I chose Precision doors. I will DEFINITELY recommend them. If there is a 6 star, you deserve it.
