I had an emergency. Though the t was minor, it was risky to DIY the situation. After calling the competition and being told, “Sorry...it will have to be late tomorrow”, Precision tells me they’re slammed, but they’ll get someone out to help resolve my situation. Yes, it was simple...BUT I’m not a professional door installer and couldn’t have known. To cut to the point...they did what the competition wouldn’t do. My door works as good as new and I’ll be calling Precision when the time comes to make any replacements that need be made in the future.

Great Customer Service! I called on Wednesday, and they came out the next day. We replaced our garage door opener system and rollers. Jason was awesome! He explained everything I wanted to know and installed our new system right away. New opener, new belt (replaced chain), new rollers. We're definitely satisfied customers. Thanks!

As always, when dealing with this company, the customer service is unsurpassed. We requested an appointment late Sunday afternoon and were given an appointment for the next day. The technician called the next morning to let us know that he was working ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. This was great for us. We immediately received a text from the company with the tech's name, information and picture. Much appreciated. The job was quickly completed at a reasonable rate and we were advised of steps we could take to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Very pleased and satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door.
