I will give the service 5 stars! Chris, was polite, and very efficient. He explained to me what i was up against and what needed to be done. He show up 1 hour ahead of appointed time. Called to see whether he could come early. Will be calling back to get some update work done, that Chris had recommended. Thanks Chris ????

The torsion spring snapped on our garage door yesterday. We tried calling service companies to schedule a repair and got voicemails (still not returned). Gave Precision a call and spoke with a human! My wife scheduled next day service, but when they found out her car was stuck in the garage, they scheduled an appt last night. Michael F was professional and creative (repairs were more extensive than just the spring), and I ended up the happiest customer ever! They are the ONLY company I would recommend.

My door broke late in the afternoon so I called Precision and they scheduled me for the first thing the next morning even though I told them it wasn't exactly an emergency. Tim came out at 8:30 am and had the door repaired in only 1 hour. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. Thanks!

Certainly pleased with the work done by your service person. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Recommended that we change rollers to ball bearing type. Much quieter and will not wear out as rapidly.
