As always, when dealing with this company, the customer service is unsurpassed. We requested an appointment late Sunday afternoon and were given an appointment for the next day. The technician called the next morning to let us know that he was working ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. This was great for us. We immediately received a text from the company with the tech's name, information and picture. Much appreciated. The job was quickly completed at a reasonable rate and we were advised of steps we could take to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Very pleased and satisfied and highly recommend Precision Door.

My appointment was to repair my garage door opener damaged by flood. Matt and Kevin actually showed up a few minutes early. The problem was identified and repaired quickly (they had replacement parts on their well stocked truck). They were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. In every aspect of the phrsae... "fantastic job". I had just arrived home approximately 1:00 PM last Saturday, pulled into the garage and closed the door. Bam... Spring and cable break. I called the service center and was told it would be 6 - 8 PM before a tech could arrive. I no sooner that I had hung up, Ben White called and said he was on his way. He assessed the situation, explained in detail our options and I signed the work order. It was a matter of minutes it seemed when he came back into the house stating the work was complete. I do not believe in Elves but my wife and I could not believe that in such a very short period of time one technician did what he did. He reviewed all the he did, explained the warranty, thanked us for calling Precision and left with a handshake. That was a most pleasant experience to an emergency call on a Saturday I have ever had. Ben is truly an asset to your company. He serves you well. I still think ha had some elves in his tool bag though. Fantastic job.
