We had a great experience with Michael today! He met me at our home and was able to give me an estimate for the repair within minutes. HAD A BROKEN SPRING...AFTER INSPECTIONS, I NEEDED TO ALSO REPLACE THE END BRACKET WITH THE BEARINGS AND NEW ROLLERS...BEN WHITE HAD ANOTHER TECH WITH HIM AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB..I THINK THE DOOR IS IN BETTER SHAPE THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEN AND PRECISION DOOR. THANKS....

A close friend told me that he wouldn't call anyone but Precision for his garage door. Boy was he right. Bought new garage door and opener in May. Had problem with opener malfunctioning after about 3 months. Called in and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently - covered under warranty. So glad I went with Precision to replace my old door and opener. Everyone has been easy to work with and quick service.

Called Precision at about 9 am today. They said they had a slot open from 4 to 6 which was perfect for me. Matt called at 3:30 that he could be here at 3:45 and he was! He literally had the springs replaced and had checked the garage door opener for us all in about 30 minutes. Would DEFINITELY recommend Precision Door and their fabulous and courteous employee Matt to anyone who is looking for any type of garage door work.

We chose Precision Garage Doors after reviewing several web sites. Information on the site helped us make our selection. Our technician was Ben. He called when in route, arrived on time (or better) and was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining our problem and the various solutions available and the overall benefits of the garage doors used by Precision. He answered all of our questions and help us make our choice. Our installation was done by Luke and Tim. Again we were called before they arrived and gave us a time estimate for installation. Once the installation was completed Luke explained again the benefits from our previous door and also how we should maintain. Installation was timely and both young men were courteous and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to others. Thanks.

After losing a spring, Precision came out last Fall and did an excellent job replacing parts and installing a whole new garage door kit... springs, rollers, cable, etc. Last week, the door suddenly came off the track and was hanging open. I immediately called Precision and was happy to hear they could come out that day. Not only did they quote me a time frame that began 2.5 hours from the time of my call, but the technician had been in the area and was at my house 30 minutes later! Matt was great, realigning and adjusting everything until he and I were both satisfied that the door was operating smoothly and even quieter than before. The best part was that it was covered by the warranty that came with the initial kit I purchased.... so no additional cost. Very happy with Precision and the fact that they stand behind their work. Would definitely recommend!
