I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know who is in need of garage repair service. The technician that was scheduled to do repair on my garage name is Chris. Chris arrived on time, actually 10 minutes before the scheduled visit. He was very professiomal, and although he didnt have the part that was needed to fix my garage, he found another alternative. My garage is functioning quite well. FYI: The part was no fault of the company. Thanks Chris

Matt is a competent service and repair technician. I thank him for his care and concern. Based on his review and recommendations, I am going to go ahead with the installation of a new door. I placed my order shortly before I sent you this message, for A "GOOD" quality door, ($847), and made the deposit for it, while also asking for the refund of the service call back to me, as stated by both Matt and Colby, your office employee. I hope the installation to be completed as "ordered" and "specified" to Matt and then, to Colby. I expect the installation to be done by March 6, 2018, Tuesday, preferably by 11:00 AM. Thank you very much.

I would definitely use Precision again when needed. I called them at 8am, they arrived at 8:45, and were done by 9:45... I can not remember the technicians name, but he was professional and explained everthing thoroughly. Good to know there are good companies that still exist!!

Kane came out late the same day I called even though I offered that the next morning would be fine. He gave me three options on replacements for 2 21 yr old units (1 of which was falling apart. He and his partner came out the next day earlier than promised performed in a professional and friendly manner and made sure systems were working properly prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Kane to perform any garage door installations/repairs
