We called Precision Garage on a Tuesday morning after my wife noticed a loud pop in the garage door & it wouldn't go up. Observations revealed the large garage spring had broken. We were initially told someone would be there that same afternoon around 2:00 pm. To our great delight the service man called around 10:30 am & was at our home in minutes. We appreciate the fast, professional, curtis service provided by Precision Garage. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs

I absolutely love Precision Garage Door! They provide excellent customer service and Ben knew what to do to resolve our issue. They provide such great service when they can find the time to get things scheduled and done within a day or two. They always call ahead and even try to fit you in earlier than your appointment if they can. Great workers and great product! Our new garage door opener is fantastic. Quiet and has a ton of light!

Chris, was the first person I meet my schedule appointment was later that evening and he came by early and took care of everything set my day for them to start. Didn't meet Ben, but he called me to let me know he was on his way they came fixed my garage door and it's like new. Everyone was on time, polite even phone calls. Brandon was very professional, courteous, polite and answered all questions/concerns I had about my garage door and its components. Brandon gave me a detailed explanation about the wear and tear of components of the garage door (i.e. springs, bearings, etc.) to assist me in determining when to replace these components. I truly appreciate the service and work that Brandon performed on my garage door and the quickly scheduling of this appointment by Precision Door. The customer service rep who took my call was also attentive and displayed a professional attitude. My apologies for forgetting her name. :(

Kudus to Precision Door. I had originally called in explaining that the opener worked from the wall switch, but not from the remote. The technician examined the garage door opener, one that has been in service for about 50 years, and tried, to no avail, to get my non-working remotes back to working. He then tried one that he had on hand. Nothing worked and since my garage has LED lamps, installing a separate transmitter would not work. He carefully reviewed the available options and had the company Email me an explanation of the options. I haven’t made up my mind, since the wall switch stills works, but his thorough evaluation and is much appreciated. If I do decide to go with a new opener, I will choose this company.
