We heard about Precision when you replaced a garage door for friends. They are picky customers and raved about you! Our tech was wonderful. We were planning to have only the springs replaced but he gave us another option, to also replace the wheels, drums etc, which we decided on. Our door is so quiet now! Couldn’t be more pleased! Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. That is a real pain when you're trying to leave for work. Matt came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and super nice. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door. They solved our problem immediately

Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. It works better now and I'm glad they was honest with me. Thanks to Carrie for sending such an outstanding guy. Ben and Matt showed such professionalism and represented Precision really well. I'm sure if all your techs are as well mannered and knowledgeable, you must have a great staff there. Keep up the good work.

Was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. They told me how much it would cost to fix what was wrong with my old door and then I asked how much a new door would be. The old door was over 40 years and it had been worked on before. They worked with me to figure out financing. When they came to install the new door the two young men were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions.

Loved the fast service. They were here within a few hours and even stayed to install new system for us that night. Technician explained everything that was causing problems. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly installed the new components and now the door is so quiet, I have to look to make sure it is moving.

Outstanding service! I called in the morning and received a same day appointment. I was given a two Hour window. Michael called ahead of time and asked if it was ok to come over because it the time was earlier. This worked out great. After he arrived he explained the procedures/pricing. His work was completed in 25 minutes. I highly recommend Michael and his company for communication and efficiency. Thank you.
