My neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door because of the quick response to performing repairs, and thank goodness he was right. The repair was quick, but I decided to get an upgrade by replacing old parts and springs, the young man completed the job in professionally without wasting time. My appointment was to repair my garage door opener damaged by flood. Matt and Kevin actually showed up a few minutes early. The problem was identified and repaired quickly (they had replacement parts on their well stocked truck). They were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the work performed and will use Precision Door for any future overhead door needs.

Jason called and showed up right on schedule, went to diagnosing the problem and fixing it professionally and timely. Not only did he fix the problem but basically "tuned up" the entire door system. Did not try to sell items that were not needed which shows professional customer service. I wish all service/repair companies were this professional and honest

In every aspect of the phrsae... "fantastic job". I had just arrived home approximately 1:00 PM last Saturday, pulled into the garage and closed the door. Bam... Spring and cable break. I called the service center and was told it would be 6 - 8 PM before a tech could arrive. I no sooner that I had hung up, Ben White called and said he was on his way. He assessed the situation, explained in detail our options and I signed the work order. It was a matter of minutes it seemed when he came back into the house stating the work was complete. I do not believe in Elves but my wife and I could not believe that in such a very short period of time one technician did what he did. He reviewed all the he did, explained the warranty, thanked us for calling Precision and left with a handshake. That was a most pleasant experience to an emergency call on a Saturday I have ever had. Ben is truly an asset to your company. He serves you well. I still think ha had some elves in his tool bag though. Fantastic job.
