The main spring on my door had broken after 15 years of use. I contacted Precision Door and they quickly scheduled a repair. The technician called and asked if they could come early, which was a nice surprise. He arrived at the time he promised, explained all the options for service and warranty, told me how much the repair would cost, and all before beginning the work. He was courteous, efficient, and fast. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs a garage door repair.

Technician, Logan, was here and finished prior to the scheduled appointment time. It did not take him long to determine the cause of the noise when door opening and closing. He corrected the problem and left, No Charge. He had on a Uniform shirt with his name and company logo. In this day and time, that is appreciated. We love doing business with this company as their prices are good and you can get them out pretty quickly for any service needed.
