I am submitting a review of services rendered at 268 Aviva Dr. – Memphis, TN 38120 on 1/23/17. My technician was Chris Tucker. I was very pleased with Chris’s outstanding service & replacement of the bottom rubber door seal. He was both informative & reliable. I originally had reached out to another Garage Door Company. They did not follow through & did not return my phone calls for 3 days. When they did call, I told him I had made other arrangements. I am a very satisfied customer & would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Mr. Wilson should be proud of his employees, including the ones servicing customers on the phone! WOW Customer Service!

I have had Precision out a year or two before for preventive maintenance, so when the spring broke this time I called them back. The call in to the service was very helpful and professional. Rick was there a little early of the appointment, very pleasant from the start. He came in and assessed the issue and gave me several options with full understandable explanations of each. The repair was made in a very reasonable amount of time and the price was very acceptable for the work performed. Thank you all for a great reputation and service.

Came as scheduled the day after I called, explained a lot about how the door worked, and that cold weather may have been a factor in the problem. Adjusted and lubricated the door. Left with the door opening and closing smoothly. Reasonable charge.

My opener failed. I called Precision and spoke with a Csr immediately. A technician was at my door an hour and a half later. The Tech Chris was courteous, professional, skilled and efficient. The repair was completed, new parts installed and done as quoted at a reasonable price. This is an amazingly customer focused organization!! Definitely a 5 Star grade!!
