The service technicians who came to repair my garage door arrived the same day I called and were able to assess the problems, give me a detailed estimate for the options in order to fix it, and then proceeded to make the repairs. They had everything they needed already with them, so no need to order parts and come back. They explained everything, from what was wrong and how to fix it, to maintenance in order to keep it running afterwards. They were fast, friendly and knowledgable.

We called today to have a minor repair on our garage door. The technian,Matt, came earlier than our appointment but he called first. He did the repair quickly and to our complete satisfaction. He was friendly as well as efficient. We have used Precision door over the years to repair our very old door that was original to the house , and finally to purchase a new door . We have been satisfied on all occasions with both the service and the cost. I give them 5 stars and recommend them without reservation

Precision replaced my garage door opener over four and a half years ago. I was very pleased then and when the spring on the door snapped, I knew who to call. Aaron was a great tech and explained all in detail. I enjoyed being educated by this young man about what may need to be done in the future, as well as, being assured of what needed to be replaced. Eric Kee came out today and measured my door area and suggested what type of door and motor to get. He reviewed all the pricing and gave me the features and benefits of each door and motor. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all very professionally and made me feel that I was making the correct choice. He arranged to have Wes come and install the door and motor at a time that worked best for me. He explained how it would be installed and how the old materials would be disposed. I'm glad I chose Precision and would recommend them highly from my experiences.

I called because our garage door was off track and a couple of the bolts had fallen out and were loose. Aaron arrived and was very professional and super friendly! My 3 children were at home with me and Aaron engaged in conversation with them as well. Very hard to beat the service. My spring on garage door broke and my car was trapped inside. I called Precision and within an hour and 45 minutes they were not only here, but had the door repaired. 1st class operation. Thanks
