Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. That is a real pain when you're trying to leave for work. Matt came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and super nice. Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. Was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. They told me how much it would cost to fix what was wrong with my old door and then I asked how much a new door would be. The old door was over 40 years and it had been worked on before. They worked with me to figure out financing. The torsion spring snapped on our garage door yesterday. We tried calling service companies to schedule a repair and got voicemails (still not returned). Gave Precision a call and spoke with a human! My wife scheduled next day service, but when they found out her car was stuck in the garage, they scheduled an appt last night. Michael F was professional and creative (repairs were more extensive than just the spring), and I ended up the happiest customer ever! They are the ONLY company I would recommend.
