My opener failed. I called Precision and spoke with a Csr immediately. A technician was at my door an hour and a half later. The Tech Chris was courteous, professional, skilled and efficient. The repair was completed, new parts installed and done as quoted at a reasonable price. This is an amazingly customer focused organization!! Definitely a 5 Star grade!!

The service technicians who came to repair my garage door arrived the same day I called and were able to assess the problems, give me a detailed estimate for the options in order to fix it, and then proceeded to make the repairs. They had everything they needed already with them, so no need to order parts and come back. They explained everything, from what was wrong and how to fix it, to maintenance in order to keep it running afterwards. They were fast, friendly and knowledgable.

We called today to have a minor repair on our garage door. The technian,Matt, came earlier than our appointment but he called first. He did the repair quickly and to our complete satisfaction. He was friendly as well as efficient. We have used Precision door over the years to repair our very old door that was original to the house , and finally to purchase a new door . Precision replaced my garage door opener over four and a half years ago. I was very pleased then and when the spring on the door snapped, I knew who to call. Eric Kee came out today and measured my door area and suggested what type of door and motor to get. He reviewed all the pricing and gave me the features and benefits of each door and motor. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all very professionally and made me feel that I was making the correct choice. He arranged to have Wes come and install the door and motor at a time that worked best for me. He explained how it would be installed and how the old materials would be disposed. I'm glad I chose Precision and would recommend them highly from my experiences.
