I chose Precision by comparing web sites. My experience was great from the beginning, when my phone call this AM was answered very curteously with an offer of 12-2 service time.I was given tech's name& within mins received email to confirm apt. Rick called 1st, was prompt, professional, patient,& answered every question.I am very glad I called Precision. I recommend you with no reservation!

Garage door spring was broken. Did a google search and found Precision Door. The set appt for 6:00 pm and tech was here before me!! Great service. Very nice and quick. It's 6:45 and I'm laying in my bed. Thanks precision door for having the 6-8 appt timeslot and for being on time and at the front of that time window. :-)

TC was scheduled to arrive between 4:00-6:00pm, but actually called early to say he could arrive sooner if I wanted him to (which was great). He arrived, quickly accessed the spring situation, and made a quick repair. Very professional service, and the door works better than ever. I would certain recommend Precision, and they will be my door company from now on.

Called to get an appt for an estimate of our broken garage door. Service tech couldn't arrive until between 6-8pm, I took the appt thinking it'd be for an estimate. The tech arrived on time as promised and called beforehand. I couldn't believe he said he could fix my garage that same night! He did NOT try to sell me any items not needed. He explained everything and gave us 3 different options with quotes to fix our door. He was polite and answered all my questions. The service he provided was excellent. I'm so happy with our new motor and the way my garage door sounds. It has NEVER run or sounded as smooth as it does now. Not even when it was new. Thank you! Will be a return customer.....hopefully not soon though. Thank you.

I was generally happy with the repair of the opener which your company installed about a month or so ago. The tech said it was a bad wire that had no power to the wall pad. He came up with a way to mount a remote which is working well. When I spoke to Bob at your office about an appointment, I told him I had a meeting to attend at 10:00 am , and he assured me I'd be first on the list to be seen between 8:30-9:00. The technician arrived about 9:30 and since the repair wasn't a simple one, I missed my 10:00 meeting. I'm not sure if anyone was at fault, but Bob suggested that I'd misunderstood his timeframe he gave me. I don't think that is what took place, but I was pleased to at least get the garage door opener fixed. Thank you, JoAnna Haines

I luckily found Precision online when I was searching for a company to repair my garage door opener. I never expected to find a company that would send someone the very day that I placed the order. I was excited to see they offered evening hours too. My job doesn't give me the chance to get repairmen to come when I need them most...in the evening hours! Outstanding job! The mainspring on my door broke late Friday night. I placed the call Saturday morning. Precision answered the phone (no voicemail!) and were able to make an appointment for that afternoon. My rep even showed up a little early and made a fast repair. I could not ask for more.
