Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. Was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. They told me how much it would cost to fix what was wrong with my old door and then I asked how much a new door would be. The old door was over 40 years and it had been worked on before. They worked with me to figure out financing. When they came to install the new door the two young men were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions.
