I have used Precision Door for years. Purchased a door at my last home and installation and service from Eric were great. Purchased a home in Harbor Town in Downtown Memphis and needed some new remote controls and outdoor key pad. Just chose you out of the phone book after reading your ad. You seemed like a good choice to repair the garage door. The problem was with one of the sensors. Eric came out in a very timely manner. He was courteous and explained what was wrong. He repaired the door and let me know we might have to have work done in the future. He followed up with an email with quotes on different packages for future repair. He did a great job and we would recommend your company to others. Also liked the fact I could see who was coming to my house. These days you need to know those things. Thank you.
