I called from ad in the yellow pages. Service Tech, Eric Kee came within 2 hours. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in short time. I thought the price was a little high, but it was a Saturday and many companies would not have got to me so quick. Over all, I was pleased with the service.

My garage door got completely off track where the door was just hanging from the ceiling instead of the mounting rails. This happened at around 2PM on a Saturday afternoon. I Google'd, "garage door repair, Memphis, TN" and Precision was the first thing to pop up. I quickly looked at the reviews, and then gave them a call. The tech was at my house in about 30 minutes [way earlier than scheduled, even!], and he had my garage better than new in just a matter of a few minutes! I was so relieved to see that the fix was simple, and glad that the tech was honest and fair about the entire repair. I recommend these guys for certain if you're looking for fast, fair, professional and affordable garage door repair. If I ever have another issue with my garage door, I'll be calling Precision again, without a doubt.

The service provided by Precision is exemplary in all respect. They responded immediately to my request although it was already a weekend. I found your ad in the Yellow Pages. I called the BBB and learned your company had an A+ rating. Then I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with your customer service. I received an e-mail confirming my appointment time and advising me that my technician would be Eric Kee. Mr. Kee was on time and gave me an estimate for a new garage door and a garage door opener. Your company's price was a little higher than the other estimate I received from another company. I chose your company due to the BBB rating and your excellent customer service. I know I made the right choice. Mr. Kee did an excellent job.
