Chris Tucker did a great job today. He took time to show me where the wear and tear was on the garage door, discussed what he was going to do, and completed the job swiftly. He noticed that the original spring was not going to do the job with my heavy garage door and then installed a more durable one as well. He did not have to do that. I would not have known the difference...until it broke again. Rare level of service.

I came home yesterday and when I closed the garage door I heard a Big Bang. Went out and saw that one of the roller brackets had broken and the roller was laying on the floor. I called Precision to see about repairs and they said they could have someone out in about 3 hours. Right on time both Aaron and Ben arrived. They indicated they could fix problem but when I told them I thought the garage door was extremely loud I asked if garage door opener needed to be replaced. They evaluated that and said it was working fine but problem was probably with the rollers, bearings and springs. They gave me options to do the repairs and I chose the one I felt comfortable with. They went about doing the repairs and completed them in about an hour. When they opened my garage door I was totally schocked at how little noise the door was making. Their recommendations were correct and I couldn't be happier. If and when the opener goes out you can bet I will contact Precision Door to install a new. Very satisfied customer. Give them 5 stars.

This company is so easy to deal with. We had a spring break last night (a Sunday night), called the 24/hour number that was on a sticker mounted next to our garage door opener, and scheduled a repair for the next day. Ben came out promptly and fixed all the issues in about :30. I highly recommend Precision as a professional, capable garage door company.

I love working with Precision door. They have come to my home a couple of times. Once to install a super quiet garage door opener (I couldn't believe how quiet it was) I had to look behind me cause I couldn't hear it closing! Aaron was my tech then so today when I realized it was time for a new door, I asked to have Aaron come out again. My door fell apart last night and we could not close it all the way. I called, they came, SAME DAY! Quoted me really reasonable prices on both insulated and non insulated doors and understood that we wanted to discuss which we would decide on. Without for sure knowing which door we would choose, they went ahead and gave us a spot on the schedule for installation anyway so we wouldn't have to wait more than a few days, in the meantime, Aaron restored our existing busted door to a state that we can use it to secure our home while we wait for our new door installation on Tuesday. There was no charge since we are replacing the door with them. Love these guys! They know what customer service really means!

I was very pleased with Chris’s outstanding service & replacement of the bottom rubber door seal. He was both informative & reliable. I originally had reached out to another Garage Door Company. They did not follow through & did not return my phone calls for 3 days. When they did call, I told him I had made other arrangements. I am a very satisfied customer & would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Mr. Wilson should be proud of his employees, including the ones servicing customers on the phone! I have had Precision out a year or two before for preventive maintenance, so when the spring broke this time I called them back. The call in to the service was very helpful and professional. Rick was there a little early of the appointment, very pleasant from the start. He came in and assessed the issue and gave me several options with full understandable explanations of each.
