8-2017 Precision door quality service begins with the receptionist. She is polite as she schedules an appointment to best fit your specific circumstances. I knew the name of the individual coming, Rick. He arrived at the appointed time. Most importantly I felt save.

First, I had garage door installed 18+ years ago with excellent price and service. I have had NO problem with this product. Second, I lost 2nd remote. I chose to have technician Ben W for service call. He contacted me & came early. He professionally BRIEFLY offered upgrades. Within 10 minutes I had my remote. He offered to sync my car ( not available on old car:) I HIGHLY recommend this company for product and service.

5 Stars After not receiving call backs from 2 other companies I called Precision and the came out the same day. Outlined my options for replacing spring and other old parts. No pressure. Honest and friendly. Was there for about 1-2 hrs. After he left I thought I heard something in the opener motor I had not noticed before. I called and he said he would come by when nearby to check it out. Two days later he called and came by and proceeded to take the motor gears apart. Noticed some normal wear and tear which was causing the small noise. He advised against making any repair and that it was also safe as it was. No charge for 30 min. Again honest and no pressure. Would definitely call them again. Shout out to Rick and Aaron.

Rick came to my house because the chain came off the track and the door was inoperable. I had a service person come last February to check on the operation of the door because of excessive noise and a jerky movement of the chain. At that time, the service person who came only tightened the chain, against my husbands opinion that he thought that some of the parts probably needed to be changed out for new ones. When Rick came yesterday he confirmed that indeed those parts needed to be replaced. He explained that the person who came in February was new and less experienced. So Rick replaced the parts and as we had paid $130 for the first visit he did not charge us a penny for the most current repair! We would definitely recommend Precision Overhead Door.

Oh, my goodness. Precision Door is great! They have done two things for us. Both time they came on time, did a superb job at the visit without having to come back. Everything works great. The service people are very polite and skilled. They clean up when they leave. One time they replaced an inferior noisy opener installed by builder with a quieter belt driven opener. Second time they installed a superior set of rollers and springs when called to replace broken springs. Could not be better. Highly recommend.
