Oh, my goodness. Precision Door is great! They have done two things for us. Both time they came on time, did a superb job at the visit without having to come back. Everything works great. The service people are very polite and skilled. They clean up when they leave. One time they replaced an inferior noisy opener installed by builder with a quieter belt driven opener. Second time they installed a superior set of rollers and springs when called to replace broken springs. Could not be better. Highly recommend.

Ben called to verify it would be ok for him to arrive early for the appointment. He reviewed the different options available prior to starting the work. Ben was very professional and customer service was a priority. Ben did not consider the repairs complete until he had cleaned the work area and tested the door for proper operation. I will use Precision Door again.

Very satisfied with the service performed by Michael Falberg. Our appointment was for 12p-2p and he was there at 11:40 am. Michael checked the surroundings of the garage door and found the problem. He replaced the circuit board and we now have a working garage door. He was able to answer all the questions my wife had for him. :-) With the service provided we would recommend Precision rated 5 stars William Young

Precision has done a great job again. This is the second time I have had them perform work for me. They fixed my garage door spring two years ago. Today May 2nd, they fixed my gear and sprocket chain drive. The guys were fast and efficient. They explained to me what the possible causes were and what it would take to fix it. The same technician Erik along with a trainee came out and took care of the problem quickly. I would recommend Precision to anyone. They have done a great job both times. Thank you!

As is our custom, we like to use American-made products and small local businesses whenever we require specific goods and services, which is why we chose Precision Garage Door of Memphis to remove and replace our worn, aging garage door. We deliberately selected PGDM because of the overwhelmingly positive customer reviews it has received on Angie's List, with 22 "Page of Happiness" commendations and three consecutive years of Super Service Awards. We were not disappointed with the result. The work was performed quickly, expertly, and with minimal mess and noise. Our technician was quite congenial, remarkably punctual, and most impressive, worked tirelessly without pause to quickly remove our old garage door and then install the Amarr steel garage door we ordered, as well as new springs and railings. The entire process took approximately four hours. Despite the sweltering humidity and near 90 degree temperatures, our technician did a marvelous job. When viewing his work and efforts, one could easily understand how, during World War II, industrialist Henry J Kaiser's highly skilled shipyard workers could build and launch a ten thousand ton Liberty cargo ship in as little as four days, or how Henry Ford's Willow Run, Michigan aircraft assembly plant could produce a B-25 "Liberator" bomber every 55 minutes. It is gratifying to see that the employees of Precision Garage Door embrace such a similar ethic and pride in their work, and it is obvious that owner Lowell Wilson is genuinely concerned that his company provides its customers with the best products and services it possibly can. The total price of the installation was entirely reasonable and fair, and the work performed was exceptional. You can't go wrong by having Precision Garage Door of Memphis repair your garage door or perhaps install a new one, for in this case the name of the company says it all.

Discovered via Google First contact was very professional given an appt time I then rec'd an email with pictures of their technicians bio I was able to see him before he actually arrived. He called and stated he could arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the work. And was I happy it was repaired sooner than expected. Highly recommend.

I learned of Precision Door through Angie's List. I called in the morning and by mid afternoon my garage doors were repaired and functioning safely and properly. I received an appointment confirmation. The crew called before they came and I was happy that they arrived earlier than scheduled. They quickly accessed the problems and had all repairs done in a short period of time. They told me what, why & how much. A roller had jumped out of the track, track out of line, screws on brace bar were stripped, belt would slip because there was no belt cap. The safety sensors needed replacing. They put stickers with contact info near the garage door operating button and gave me a magnet which is on the frig. Payment transaction was efficient. I received an email of the receipt and warranty and a report of what was done. Very professional. I will highly recommend Precision Door.
