Prompt efficient service. I called Saturday morning, and the service technician arrived that same afternoon. The technician was very knowledgeable in finding and repairing our immediate problem, so that now we can open/close our door again. We were so impressed; we decided to have him come back on Monday to install a new door.

Excellent service in a timely manner. Michael Falberg, the technician, was most courteous and professional. I thought the cable had broken on the door but Michael showed me that it wasn't. He also described how the springs were weak and wouuld eventially need to be replaced. Had him replace the springs while he was there. Also got an estimate for the top panel for the door since it is slightly bent and the support is bent. Will have that replaced at a later date. Thanks for showing this to me and thanks for you having a technician like Michael.

***** I have used Precision Door for all my garage door needs at my home in Germantown. Over the weekend, my son's door needed repair and we called on Monday and his repair was handled on Tuesday. Repair showed up as schedule and payment was handled over phone as requested.

Just had the garage door fixed today. Simple fix. Broken spring. Have fixed it myself in the past, but didn't have time now. Called 8am Sat morning. Got to my house at noon. Very friendly. Fixed in 30 min. I would only deduct one star because I'm aware of what the springs cost wholesale.

The Service Technician, Michael Falberg, was great. I appreciate his service. I called for broken torsion cables. Michael conducted a comprehensive inspection of the mechanisms associated with the door's operation. Based on his professional recommendation, I purchased the lifetime package. I will call Precision again when the time comes for a replacement garage door opener.

5 Star! On a Thursday night, I called Precision because the torsion spring one of my garage doors had broken. I set up an appointment for Saturday thinking I could raise the door manually, the next day. The next day, I found I couldn't do that. I called Precision, explained the problem and a technician was at my home within an hour. He was very friendly and professional - diagnosed the problem - resolved it within 30 minutes. He did a great job - very timely and professionally!

I googled up Precision Door at 8:00 am in hopes of finding a repair service for by broken garage door spring. I called the local number on website and actually spoke to a human being and not a recording. The young lady was polite and professional. I secure a same day appointment between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. At 9:00 am I received a call from one of Precision's technician stating he was in the area and could come by early if OK. End result he arrived shortly after 9:00 am and replaced both Springs and departed before 10:30 am. Very professional and knowledgeable man. This is 5 STAR service without a doubt.
