My tech Wes showed up when he said he would he very polite and professional, even my big dog liked him, and she doesn't like everyone. He made repairs and thoroughly checked and tighten up loose screws to ensure his work. I would defiantly call on Precision for all my garage door issues.

Our 30 year old opener died. I called Presision and got an appointment for the service call on the morning I was free. The technician called before he came and arrived on time. He gave two options and quoted the price, then put in the new motor and cable. All in all we are very satisfied. This is my third time using Presicion (new springs in 2012 and a new door in 2015), and we have had the same great service each time

Precision Door technicians are both responsive, efficient and service-oriented. They do an OUTSTANDING job everytime. "Big box" stores may be a bit cheaper; I have used them in the remote past.
