I choose Precision Door Service mainly for their hours!! I had called another door service and they only worked 8 - 5...M - F.. and on Sat IF a technician "voluntarily" choose to work! I have a full time job and they just were not willing to bend to accommodate me...I called Precision because my remotes would not open the door even thought they had new batteries. Turns out battery just was not making contact...simple fix for Brandon...while he was here he serviced my door. Excellent service and job well done! He was on time and got right to it! I would strongly recommend this company!!

Very happy with my garage door repair service. Called for an estimate regarding replacing a broken spring based on other positive onsite reviews. They provided an oral estimate and options for reducing my cost over the phone. Promise of a short time frame (1 to 3 hours)for the service call was important as the garage door is very difficult to open having just a single spring, which was broken. Rick was very experienced and provided a good assessment and cost estimate of what was needed for the repair along with some other recommendations. I opted to have two door springs installed along with replacing older worn rollers. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and now my garage door works better and is quieter than it has ever been.

Ad in yellow pages had a professional look to it. Operator was very thorough and helpful when I called and found a time around our schedule. Our garage door torsion spring broke and trapped our SUV inside. The technician recommended going to 2 springs since the door was so wide. Now it operates better then new, very quiet and smooth going up or down. The tech noticed a couple of hinges going bad and replaced them as well. I give them the best rating of 5. Nice e-mails too. Definitely recommend.

Rick was very professional. Explained what the problem was and was needed to be done to correct it and also explained what happens with the torsion springs and the expectations of the new springs being installed. After the work was done, he ran the door a couple of times so that we could see the repair had been completed and working in proper order. Very positive experience and glad I took the recommendation from a friend to call Precision.

Showed up on time. Neatly dressed and immediately examined the broken garage door spring and other things that needed repair on the door. Explained all proposed repairs and cost. Did not try to sell us extras, etc. We inquired about the cost of outside keypad which we had been wanting. Cost was reasonalbe and they installed the keypad after repairing garage door spring. Overalll professional all they way and were always willing to answer any questions we had about the repair. If any of our friends or associates have need for garage door repair or replacement, we will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Precision.

I was headed to the store on Sunday morning and discovered my garage door wouldn't work. I googled online to find 24/7 garage door companies. I decided to call Precision Door after reviewing their website, checking Better Business Bureau and reading several of the reviews. It was a great choice. The service was scheduled for the following day(since I could live one day without the door operating). My technican Rick was on time, friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. I had to have the torsion spring replaced. He then began the repair and finished in record time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He checked to ensure all other components of the door were in working order. During that check he found my pully chain had to much slack and recommended I replace the gear & sprocket assembly which I did. Before he left he ensured the door was working properly. I was very impressed with Precision Doors and Rick. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics during this visit. I felt the service I received was superior. I would like to give a big THANKS to Rick for his great customer service. It's rare to get good customer service these days. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for any future garage door needs.

You guys installed our opener system a couple of years ago. We received quotes from other sources. Yours was the best for a quality door. You even gave us the same price for a more expensive door when we selected it, expecting to pay a little more. All work, managers and employees were top notch! We will recommend Precision to others.
