I'm not sure how you can justify 259.00 for 1hr (actually about 50mins) work and you didn't even supply any parts. 65.00 for service call, 65.00 1hr labor for the hour which should have been the first hour of the service call, and 125.00 for torsion reset labor. I called 2 days ago for 24hr service and was told at 4:00pm that the earliest someone could be here was two days later between 6:00 and 8:00pm. I find 259.00 for little less than an hours work and 0 urgency obscene. Additionally, I explained when I called what needed to be done, and a torsion reset fee was never mentioned. Stars? What would you give for what I have just described?

I got info to call you from Angie List. My overhead door has shut on golf cart and was off track and broke a glass pane. I described the whole problem with my overhead garage door to Bob who answered phone. When service gentleman came he immediately advised me his company did not work on my kind of overhead garage door. No service call should have been made to my home. I was charged a reasonable service call but now must pay another service call to another company. Must say the serviceman was most knowledgeable and polite. I should have been asked what company or manufactured made my door in all fairness. Lesson learned. Will send photo before I call anyone else trying to rack up a quick service call. Suggest everyone out there do the same. I will notify Angie List of my encounter today.

Eric arrived on time. He discovered the problem immediately and resolved it. No parts were required. What I received was a scrupulously honest service call. Everything was carefully explained. I could not have been more pleased. Although the web site is very good I did not find this company that way. What matters is that next time I have a garage door problem this is who I will call.

This was the second time that I have used Precision Door in the past five years. This time Rick replaced the trolley on one door. The old one had just worn out. He also added bracing to the center stile in the top section of the smaller door which I was not even aware was bent until he showed me. The first time that I used Precision was just a shot because I knew nothing except that I had seen your repair trucks in the area and they were all well maintained which is a good start. That time, you replaced both springs on the large door. I was pleased with the service and the manner of the technician so when this trouble showed up, it was no question who to call. It will be no question the next time either!

I called Precision on Saturday morning to repair a garage door that was off its track. They arrived by 1 PM (slightly ahead of their projected time) and quickly repaired the door. Wes just left my home and did an excellent job. My battery had to be replaced along with a new remote. I've had my LiftMaster products since the fall of 2010 and Wes showed me some featured today that I didn't know that I had. Wes has good work ethics and it's wonderful to see a young man who is such a dedicated worker!

Rick, the technician did an outstanding job - solo - putting the door in and was very personable. Also did it around our schedule at 7-9 at night. My only complaint was that my Sat. AM 10 appt was canceled at 11:30 that AM due to your being over extended. That being said I would use Precision again, but hope will have no need for years to come.

"Help! Dad, I pulled my car in the garage, put the door down, took the kids in the house and we heard a loud crashing sound! The car is ok but it is stuck inside the garage." We took my daughter one of our cars so she could get the kids to day care and go to work and called Precision first thing this morning. Eric called ahead so we could meet him at her house just as he said he would. The door was fixed in no time, good as new. Precision's website looked good so I thought I would give them a try to help us with our garage door problem. I contacted them and quickly got an appointment. Next I received an email with the tech's name and photo so I would know who to expect at my door. Our tech was Wesley Smith and he was fantastic. He was courteous, quick and fixed the problem in no time at all. We recently bought a house and inherited a garage door that would not close if the sun was out. After months of battling the problem and trying to fix it ourselves, I was so glad I called Precision. Wesley arrived, adjusted the sensors to get a stronger signal, and the problem was quickly fixed. He not only fixed the garage door problem, he also programmed and installed a keyless entry pad while he was there. We had purchased it but couldn't get it to work. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat. They were professional, quick and extremely affordable. 5 stars!

Our garage door spring broke on the Friday before a holiday weekend (of course!) and I called Precision based on the great online reviews. It was very late in the afternoon and they came out at EXACTLY the time they said. The technician was personable, quick and seemed very knowlegeable. Even gave me a few tips on how to keep it squeak free. Would highly recommend this company.

All I can say is that, they are great at what they do. Their rates were way better than I thought, and I had no problem with dishing out money to pay them. After speaking to other companies that did the same work, Precisions rates were way lower. I'm glad my wife found them, or I would have had to pay at least $300-$400 more than I should of to someone else..

Wes came out and fixed both door openers and replaced a broken spring. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job, and the cost was about one half what I was expecting!
