Talk about honoring their lifetime guarantee. Precision answered a service call when my garage door would not stay down. Luckily I had saved an invoice from 2001 that had a lifetime guarantee written on the bottom. The door was promptly repaired with new cables. The door works great and best of all the call was free. Precision certainly stands behind their lifetime guarantee and in the process gained a lifetime customer. Five BIG stars for Precision.

Rick showed up on time and was very professional. He took his time when explaining my options and answering my questions. Rick fixed my broken spring and placed the order for my replacement door. He explained the anticipated delivery date, the replacement time and process. This experience has been much better than my previous experience with using door companies.
