Jason was born right here in Memphis, Tennessee. He loves to travel. He is also an avid outdoorsman that enjoys riding mountain bikes, climbing, kayaking, hiking, camping and playing frisbee with his dogs. He has a black belt in Taekwondo and was on his high school wrestling team. When he is not doing some sort of physical activity he enjoys watching movies and playing an occasional video game. He has been in the garage door business for over 15 years and enjoys being able to help people out and put a smile on their face.

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Polite and very courteous. Did a great job. As a company, I would email a copy of invoice to customer once the installer returned to shop. Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

Jason Rodriquez replaced the motherboard on my garage door opener. He explained to me the problem and gave me options on the repair. He went over and beyond the call by oiling the bearings and adjusted the sensors. Great job. I highly recommend.

The follow-up call to adjust the gap that was noted on garage door that was installed recently was made to insure that the Rodent Guard Weather Stripping was working properly (no gaps noted between the bottom of the door and the floor of the garage).
