Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

Great Customer Service! I called on Wednesday, and they came out the next day. We replaced our garage door opener system and rollers. Jason was awesome!
