The whole process was done very professionally. I was given three choices of what could be accomplished and decided on a full overhaul. My door was changed from single spring to a double double spring setup, all the bearings were replaced. New cables were attached. Two new springs installed and new quieter rollers were put on. Door runs very smoothly now. John B. Was very efficient and didn’t mind me watching the whole fascinating procedure. Thanks so much for making what seemed a big problem turn out to be so simple! John was even done and driving away before he was actually scheduled to even arrive. Again, thank you all.

I needed to get the springs on my garage door replaced. I called and talked to I believe Chelsea. Super helpful and friendly, said she could get someone out to my home within the next couple of hours. Payton Naylor came right away. He was very nice and did an awesome job! Expectations highly met. I needed a new motor for my garage because the old one wasn't responding well to remote signals. The service tech changed out the entire system and we got a great upgrade, which is what we wanted. Tech was very polite, efficient, quick, and helpful with explanations of new features. I had a unique repair issue with my garage door. The service person arrived on time. Roger did an excellent job of analyzing and implementing a fix for the mechanics of the door. I was advised your technician was running late because of previous repair call. I was notified by your office and Mr. Hisaw. This I appreciate very much. When he did arrive he once again apologized for being late. He was amicable, professional and ready to correct my problem. He immediately got to work and made repairs. Josh knows a garage door and components, what each one does and handles his job with deserved confidence. While here, I had him replace the rubber at bottom of door. He checked everything over, making adjustments where needed. If all repairmen worked as he does, we wouldn't have problems. I was very impressed with his work and will recommend him. He did much more than install a lost or misplaced an opener.
