Roger quickly determined the cause of the problem I was having with my garage door, and he provided me with several options for resolving it. I chose to have the door opener replaced. He was highly efficient with installing a new one and took the time needed to be sure I fully understood how to operate it. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I have used Precision for a number of years and have always been totally satisfied. I initially dealt with Eric Kee and have always felt my business was his concern. This time, the Service Technician was John and he was responsive and kept me informed about the process every step of the way, as I was not there. I highly recommend them to all my clients.

My garage torsion springs broke during the holidays, and had our garage out of commission for a few days, Precision was able to come out assess the problem, and get it back operational very quick. The technician was cool, I recommend you try them out if you have any garage door issues!

I had Precision Door Service come out because my landlord mentioned the garage door had previously opened on its own. The technician, Roger Emmerson, was extremely professional and thorough. He inspected the motor, wall button, wiring, and overall system and explained everything clearly. The opener is only a few years old and he didn’t find anything wrong. Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he was honest and said he didn’t feel right charging me for the visit. That level of integrity really stood out. Roger took the time to explain possible causes, answered all my questions, and told me to call back if anything happens in the future. Great customer service and professionalism. I really appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Made an appointment online to replace a 13-y.o. door opener. Shane arrived during appointed time window, gave an estimate, and replaced the opener without issue. He was friendly, patient when I screwed up my wifi password twice, did a neat job, and lubricated everything to make the door quiet again. All in all, an excellent job. I dinged one star due to the rather high price -- no deal or discount was offered on the $89 service call when paying $1060 for an opener that can be bought on Amazon for $560.

I replaced my old garage door motor with a new unit and couldn't be happier. The installation was seamless, and the new motor is significantly faster and quieter than my previous one. It functions perfectly and feels like a high-quality, durable piece of equipment. Excellent value for the price. The installer provided A1 customer service . If you're in the market for anything garage-related, I highly recommend Precision.

Excellent Garage Service! My Garage Motor burnt out and they were very fast in scheduling me and making sure I was operational ASAP (within 24 hours). Tyler was a great tech! He was fast, efficient yet spent time walking me through the setups. Pricing was very competitive with a few options given. I highly recommend this Garage Door Service!
