Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and I was able to book a time that was convenient. Casey was the technician who came out. He was awesome; very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to tell me my options. He explained everything clearly which made it very easy to make a decision. The installation went great. His attention to detail impressed me. 5 stars all around! Highly recommended.

Garage door would not close shut. I call and made an appointment Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The technician called and said he was available earlier that plan which made me more excited to get an earlier appointment. Casey the technician was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Special thanks to Jason Rodriguez for another outstanding service experience troubleshooting my garage door problem. My Liftmaster motor was intermittently working on 3 different remotes. Jason is very professional and knowledgeable, and after performing a series of tests, he determined that a board level failure had occurred. He installed a new board, reprogrammed the remotes, and tested. Problem solved!
