Dillon (Service Technician), Called us and stated that he was ahead of schedule, and would it be ok if he came early? (We told him no problem). Upon arrival, he looked at our issue, and gave us his recommendations. Dillon finished the job even sooner than he estimated. Our garage door fell off the track. Precision Garage Door came out the same day. The scheduler was very nice. I received an email with the technician's name, photo and background before he arrived at my door. Roger explained the problem and did a great job fixing the door within an hour. Fair price. Great experience.

Your technician, Jason Rodriguez, arrived on time and with plenty of notice that he was on the way. He took appropriate time to assess the situation and gave me options on how he could deal with it. He jumped right into fixing my garage door which wasn't opening automatically and he knew what he was doing. He had all the parts and tools he needed to fix the problem and even went the extra step when he dealt with an obstruction that wasn't obvious at first. I am completely satisfied with the service received from Precision Door Service. I had an issue on 3/19/2023 and the Technician Jason Rodriguez quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. I contacted Precision Door Service again and they were able to schedule a Technician to come out on 4/19/2024. Technician Chris Hisaw quickly assessed the problem with the garage door not going up and down and he made an adjustment and lubricated the doors springs. Precision Door Technicians are experienced, professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate Chris feedback and I will certainly contact them again if and when there is a problem with the garage doors!

My control panel went bad according to Dylan Kirby. He was right. It bothered him more that my door could not be fixed immediately more than it bothered me. When he arrived with new panel, he had it fixed quickly and also looked at all remotes, and outside controller and everything worked perfectly. I was impressed with the service. I went out online to find someone to replace the chain on my garage door opener. Precision Garage Door had a website that allowed me to schedule an appointment online. I was hoping they would be able to fix it today and was surprised that they could. I later talked to my son who is a real estate broker and he said they were the best in town. I was impressed when the technician called and told me he was on the way. I then received a text with his picture and that he was on his way. This included a little about him. When he arrived, he evaluated the problem, told me what needed to be done and the price to fix it. He was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the price.
