He was very kind and respectful and knew exactly what the issue was with our garage and completed the repair in a short time. I recommend Precision to everyone! Everything about this company is professional. I scheduled an appointment and had my garage repaired the same day. The staff was also incredible and offered wonderful and professional customer service over the phone. Dillon Kirby is the kind technician that helped repair the garage. Extremely satisfied with the job that the technician Payton provided! The gentleman arrived on time and thoroughly assessed my garage door and provided a quick solution! I feel that Payton went above and beyond! I have used Precision Door Service for the last three years - from installing a new battery backup Liftmaster, to replacing a keypad, to normal maintenance (oiling the rollers and tracks).
