I've used Precision once before for some minor repair. This time my roller broke in two. They gave me the same service for a minor problem as they did for this major problem. They came out within the time frame quoted and the technician, Treston Musselwhite, was awesome. Treston, determined what the problem was, gave me several options to perform the job. He completed the work very quickly and efficiently. His personality was amazing. He was very kind, patient and thorough. He made sure I was satisfied with the work, and everything was working as promised. I could not have been more pleased.

Payton was my tech rep. He resolved the presnting issue, pairing garage door opener to car garage door opener. He performed the 25 point inspection. Showed me the garage door boot (rubber flap on door’s bottom. It had dried and was brittle. With my concurrence, he replaced the boot. Spoke with office personnel around 1pm of issues I was having with my garage door opener. Asked if I could get a service tech the following afternoon. They informed me the tech could be scheduled the afternoon I called. The tech, Tyler Klein, called and asked if he could arrive early as he had completed another job. We discussed the issue, options, and received a quote on the spot. I chose replacement. Being that his company was 5 minutes from my house, he was able to pick up a new unit and install the same afternoon. Tyler was professional, an efficient worker, and informative. From the time I called and the job completed was 4 hours! Obviously, everything aligned perfectly with the office and service to make this happen.

I am not easily impressed but this repair was over the top. The back story is on 2/17 we purchased the lifetime warranty package since we were having frequent spring breakage on our garage door. Springs provided by other companies were lasting 2-3 years. Precision installed their best springs 9 years ago and all was fine until last night when we heard a loud bang coming from the garage, 1 spring had snapped. Placed a service request via the website, tech called at 7:50 indicating he was 15 minutes away, replacement springs repair took 45 minutes, door back in business. Dillion was awesome. Thank you for a great customer experience.
