I want to thank the technician with precision for his job well done. He showed up before the stated time after calling to see if that was ok. He arrived and immediately started his inspection and went to work. He was fast and efficient and repaired the door and made adjustments needed to tracks motor the springs. hope we don't have any more trouble ,but if so Precision will be first company I will be in touch with to fix my problems. I again want to thank the technician for his good work and positive happy attitude.

Our technician, Tyler, was prompt, personable and efficient, arriving early for the appointment, and replaced all of the springs on our 3 garage doors in about an hour. This was not our first experience with Precision Door, and I will definitely call on them for future services.

I can’t recommend Precision enough, and I almost never leave reviews. But they have been consistently prompt, professional, efficient, and effective, every time I have called on them, so I feel compelled to leave a positive review. Unfortunately they only have a maximum of five stars. The service provided by their technician, Treston, was absolutely excellent. He's a perfectionist. Not only he worked to get my garage door back to functioning, he also did additional adjustments, straightening and lubrication to leave the 25 year-old door like new.
