They replaced and fixed my door springs. The only problem I had was that they did not call me to tell me that they were on their way to my house on the days they were coming. Also the tech was not to friendly when I tried to engage with him. To sum up my experience with Precision is that they fixed my garage door and I am happy. Professionalism, quality service, upgraded parts, and a discount. This is what it's all about! This company is spot on when it comes to the customer experience, and at a fair price. From my phone call to working with our technician, Shane, the experience was well worth me writing a positive review. We were scheduled for a 4 p.m. appointment, and Shane called at 2 p.m. asking if he could come early because he had finished his previous job quicker than expected. No waiting around like you would with the internet company. The job was completed in 45 mins, the door works great, and area was clean. Technician call 2 hours in advance, because some customer canceled a visit. I told him, he can do the job early. I knew he would find something else wrong. I called the company just for replace the torsion spring. He inspected the door, founding more worn-out parts. He recommends doing everything. Because I am technical people (Electronic Aviation technician), I approved the quote. I know, I spent more money at front, but it is worth it. He overhauled all mechanism. Very professional job. The technician/service pro was courteous and obviously skilled so I have no complaints on that front. After looking at my pdf of the invoice I realized that the service call was not waived as is the promise from the Precision website since they actually performed the service. I’m deducting two stars here because after I called them on the phone and explained the situation, they assured me that billing would call me back and get it straightened out. Yeah as expected, I never heard back. So now I have to chase people down to try and get them to just do what they were supposed to do. Frustrating.
