I contacted Precision to schedule a technician to come out and replace a broken garage door spring. We scheduled for the next morning between 8 - 10 am. I received a call from Dillon at 8:15 that he would be at the house in 10-15 min. They showed up by 8:30 and he indicated it would take about 20-30 min. He replaced both springs, per their recommendation, and was completed before 9:00 am. I was told in advance of about how much it was, and although I felt it was a bit pricing, they lived up to the stated expectations.

These guys are great at what they do. They seem like good ole' boys, trustworthy, dependable, honest. I took a chance with Precision, not knowing anything about them, no references to rely on. I just found them on the internet and looked at the doors, made the call. They called with advance notice before arriving. I was impressed that they sent friendly, upper class character to my house, did their measurements and placed the order. After a few weeks they contacted me for an installation appointment. They did the job without any problems and I felt lucky because the door is so smooth and quiet, non typical. It's rare for me to be this satisfied with a service because there's so much incompetence out there. I was so pleased I ordered another one for the smaller part of my garage.
