We had prompt service(in fact a little early). Dillon did a super job. Analyzed the problem and immediately went to work. Replaced the two springs and had the garage door working in no time. We asked for a new bottom seal and he had one on his truck and replaced the old seal. Great job! Dillon was very professional and friendly. If we have garage door problems in the future, we will ask for Dillon to come.

This is my second experience with Precision. The service was excellent each time. I can't give enough kudos to my technician Dillon Kirby. He was knowledgeable, courteous and a true professional. He was unrelenting in finding the root of my problem and when he did, he explained everything to me in a way that only a true pro can explain to a lay person. It was important to him for me to know that what he shared with me was in my best interest and not just a money ploy. He went right to work and resolved the problem in a most timely manner. I have referred two friends who are having garage door problems to Precision. Precision will be my" go to" for all my garage door problems.

I called for an estimate to have our garage door opener replaced on Wednesday and was scheduled for Thursday. Dillon let us know he was on his way, arrived on time and explained all of our options for replacement. He came prepared to install the new opener and did so in less than an hour. Michael immediately identified the problem with our safety sensors (wiring that had become damaged) and fixed that. We had accidentally erased the programming while trying to figure out what was wrong with the opener, and he reset all the remote openers while he was here. Fast, efficient, and polite.

Our garage door had issues that needed addressed. Called your business, and had a technician scheduled to come out. Scott Panaia arrived and I briefed him on the issues. He was extremely knowledgeable on garage doors, and found the issue and was corrected in less than an hour. He also educated me in why and how the system was down.
