They replaced and fixed my door springs. The only problem I had was that they did not call me to tell me that they were on their way to my house on the days they were coming. Technician call 2 hours in advance, because some customer canceled a visit. I told him, he can do the job early. I knew he would find something else wrong. I called the company just for replace the torsion spring. He inspected the door, founding more worn-out parts. He recommends doing everything. Because I am technical people (Electronic Aviation technician), I approved the quote. I know, I spent more money at front, but it is worth it. He overhauled all mechanism. Very professional job.
