My service Technician, Roger Emmerson, called me to let me know what time he would be there and arrived at that exact time. He listened to what my problem was and immediately took care of the issue very quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. I would award 5 stars if the repairman was on time through no fault of his own. Management or management systems broke down in this case double booking the guy.

The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.
