He thoroughly inspected the garage door and made the necessary repairs. He did not attempt to sell me anything that was not needed and kept me informed about the progress. Needed to install a new drive belt. Didn't have one on truck but checked the warehouse and went and picked it up, came back and installed belt. Nathan pulled up estimates for changing the door out (good for 90 days). Very affable and finished job quickly and neatly.

Your 2 technicians did an awesome job. Replaced 4 brackets, lubed them up, and changed settings on garage door motor so that it comes down so smooth/doesn't slam down. Very professional, and enjoyed speaking with both of them.

I called Precision Door at approximately 11 AM concerning my garage door would not open. At 12:15 John Bennett, Precision Door's technician arrived!! I was very much impressed with my call being expedited so quickly. Most service calls do not happen that quick. John noticed that I had a broken spring and he was able to replace the spring at a reasonable price. He had completed the job by 1:00PM. I was very impressed with John, his knowledge and work ethics. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs

Called this morning at 8:15 expecting to hear it would be days to get my door fixed. The rep on the phone was awesome and told me someone could be here between 11-1 on the same day!
