We had prompt service(in fact a little early). Dillon did a super job. Analyzed the problem and immediately went to work. Replaced the two springs and had the garage door working in no time. We asked for a new bottom seal and he had one on his truck and replaced the old seal. Great job! Dillon was very professional and friendly. If we have garage door problems in the future, we will ask for Dillon to come.

This is my second experience with Precision. The service was excellent each time. I can't give enough kudos to my technician Dillon Kirby. He was knowledgeable, courteous and a true professional. He was unrelenting in finding the root of my problem and when he did, he explained everything to me in a way that only a true pro can explain to a lay person. It was important to him for me to know that what he shared with me was in my best interest and not just a money ploy. He went right to work and resolved the problem in a most timely manner. I called for an estimate to have our garage door opener replaced on Wednesday and was scheduled for Thursday.
