Payton was great. Due to technology issues, I didn't get the call that he was on the way. I happened to open my phone and saw the message. My handyman was there and Payton was ready with estimates when I got home (10 minutes). We agreed on the work to be done, and he immediately fixed my garage door springs. Great service--plus I just called for an appointment yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I am happy to say my door is repaired and in great working order. Thanks Payton.

My service was offered to come that same afternoon but I was not going to be home and it was scheduled the very next day. My service Technician, Roger Emmerson, called me to let me know what time he would be there and arrived at that exact time. He listened to what my problem was and immediately took care of the issue very quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. The BBB rating was a definite factor in choosing Precision both this time and a couple of years ago when I first used the service for a repair., S. Folkes / Corvova, TN

I would award 5 stars if the repairman was on time through no fault of his own. Management or management systems broke down in this case double booking the guy.

The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.

Precision Door Service is a recommended vendor through our HOA. It was easy to make an appointment using their website as well as having the option of discussing the problem with their representative. They called prior to arrival, letting us know they were on their way. Upon arrival we discussed the issue and it was resolved quickly and at a fair cost. I will use this firm again if needed, as they have won my confidence. Charles Walker

Payton Naylor was the technician who came to help with our door. He had come before and has done an excellent job each time he has been here. He is courteous, professional, and always shares helpful information about our fairly new door and fairly old chain drive. Excellent professional and goes beyond to exceed expectations.

I have worked with several garage door companies over the years, and without a doubt……Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the best company I’ve EVER encountered!! From the moment I spoke with the appointment person on the phone, I could tell they were different. The morning of my appointment I got a text telling me a little bit about my technician…..even found out he enjoys spending time with his fur babies when he’s not working! Payton Naylor was prompt, professional, and an AMAZING representative of the company! Well done! Payton is definitely the contact I will save in my phone for any future business; what a great experience! Customer service is a lost art these days, but he exceeded my expectations!
