Matt was the service tech. Matt phoned to say he was in the area and could move my scheduled appt earlier, I was thrilled! Matt arrived, (a very nice man) and replaced my rollers and lubricated the springs, chain and rollers. The garage door is smoother and less noisy. I also have Matt scheduled for the replacement of the rubber gasket thing at the bottom of my door. the garage door opener key pad which was installed in January 2023 unexplainedly stopped working. A technician from PDS replaced the defective unit and reprogrammed our 3 remote openers. the repair was done promptly and ahead of the scheduled appointment time. we have used PDS in the past and would recommend them without reservation. also, the person who took our call to schedule the work had a refreshingly pleasant attitude which, when it happens - and it's not too common by the way - reflects on the high quality of the company.
