I googled these guys on a Saturday morning and called because they advertised that I would speak to a live person. Local reviews listed for my area which I didn’t bother to read, I just picked up the phone to book their services. They offered a Sunday special, which I declined and they scheduled me for the upcoming week at my convenience. Tech had a cancellation in his schedule so he called me and Matt came right out diagnosed and fixed my problem. Super polite, professional and knowledgeable, problem resolved for a fare price. We had prompt service(in fact a little early). Dillon did a super job. Analyzed the problem and immediately went to work. Replaced the two springs and had the garage door working in no time. We asked for a new bottom seal and he had one on his truck and replaced the old seal. Great job! Dillon was very professional and friendly. If we have garage door problems in the future, we will ask for Dillon to come.

This is my second experience with Precision. The service was excellent each time. I can't give enough kudos to my technician Dillon Kirby. He was knowledgeable, courteous and a true professional. He was unrelenting in finding the root of my problem and when he did, he explained everything to me in a way that only a true pro can explain to a lay person. It was important to him for me to know that what he shared with me was in my best interest and not just a money ploy. He went right to work and resolved the problem in a most timely manner. I have referred two friends who are having garage door problems to Precision. Precision will be my" go to" for all my garage door problems.
