From the moment I spoke with the appointment person on the phone, I could tell they were different. The morning of my appointment I got a text telling me a little bit about my technician…..even found out he enjoys spending time with his fur babies when he’s not working! Diagnosed the problem and presented me with 3 options on what he could do to fix it. #1.Springs only. #2. Springs and roller bearings. #3. All with lifetime warranty. I picked #2 and he went to work.
