Service was great! Payton called before he showed up and was here between times I was told. Very polite & attentive. Diagnosed the problem and presented me with 3 options on what he could do to fix it. #1.Springs only. #2. Springs and roller bearings. #3. All with lifetime warranty. I picked #2 and he went to work. Took about an hour and he explained everything he done. Thanks!!

Dillon (Service Technician), Called us and stated that he was ahead of schedule, and would it be ok if he came early? (We told him no problem). Upon arrival, he looked at our issue, and gave us his recommendations. Dillon finished the job even sooner than he estimated. Your technician, Jason Rodriguez, arrived on time and with plenty of notice that he was on the way. He took appropriate time to assess the situation and gave me options on how he could deal with it. He jumped right into fixing my garage door which wasn't opening automatically and he knew what he was doing. He had all the parts and tools he needed to fix the problem and even went the extra step when he dealt with an obstruction that wasn't obvious at first.
