Scott was the technician who was assigned our case. He arrived on time and within a short time diagnosed the issue. His van was equipped with a new part and within minutes the issue was solved. Precision Doors sent a message to my phone with Scott's picture, plus an email, and Scott called as well saying when he would arrive. Very courteous and professional service. I will be sure to call Precision Door again if problems with my garage doors. happen again.

My experience with Precision was excellent. I had an appointment set up for late afternoon and our technician, John, called to let me know that he could show up earlier if I would like. You all didn’t meet my expectations My problems were not solved instead the technician suggested we buy a new door for $1700, he even didn’t come prepared to work. I called another company and they came out and fixed my garage door the same day for $230.All I needed was a set of cables and realign my rollers to the track.

My spring broke when we manually opened the garage door due to power outage. Matt showed up and was very kind and fixed the door quickly. I appreciate Precision Door for arriving same day to fix the door.
