When I needed help with a nonworking garage door, I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the following day. Technician Jason Rodriguez arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly found a broken carriage module on the opener chain drive. Looking through usual avenues of supply, he found the part was no longer available and without it the entire assembly would have to be replaced. This would have been costly and time consuming. But Jason persisted in his search until finding an alternate source. Once the part arrived, he returned and did the repair then lubricated the chain drive and tested the system, insuring it performed to factory specifications. The entire process had gone smoothly, quickly, and at low cost. Of all the repairmen I have worked with over the years none have been more focused on doing the job right than Jason. From the moment he first arrived until finishing the job, he was attentive to doing what was best for the customer. I highly recommend Jason Rodriguez and Precision Door Service of Memphis.

Very professional, well run Company. Called this morning, received a confirmation via email and text. Installer showed up 15 minutes early, and installed a new garage opener with WiFi and backup battery as I requested in about an hour. He helped me set it up via my phone and programmed extra openers. I would like to say my experience was great. My technician Dillion Kirby was early for our appointment. Dillion texted to advise me that he was on the way. When I arrived home he was waiting patiently in front of my home. Dillion was very knowledgeable, kind and equipped to handle my issues with my door. Dillion reassured me that my concerns with my garage door weren't major and that he would be done shortly. Dillon explained that they have inspectional process that reviews all aspects of a garage door. Dillion explained the work that he completed on my door before leaving and I was very pleased with him and the service he provided. I also had a same day service call.

My garage opener was intermittent from the home links and from the backup remote. Cris was very professional and identified the cause quickly. The opener lights had been changed to LED bulbs very recently. That was the problem with frequency interference. Once that was settled he identified a malfunctioning safety issue with the electric eyes at floor level. They were replaced and the entire system now works properly. Cris is very professional and empathizes very well. The ability to set up an appointment the next day after calling is outstanding! I am a repeat customer and I am still impressed with this company..Your advertising is spot on!
