I was able to easily make an appointment, and I was reminded of my appointment via text. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text with the name and photo of who would be arriving to do the repairs. The morning of, I received a call from the repairman letting me know when he was on his way. He did a thorough inspection and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I am very satisfied.

Precision Garage door demonstrated superb communication and reliability by texting, email and phone calls concerning the appointment time to fix a garage door my tenant backed into. The reservationist was polite and friendly. They arrived early and called me to make sure that it was ok. The repair man , Scott, was friendly/personable and skillful in the repair job showing concern by securing the broken door safely, attaching the broken panel until a new one could be ordered and installed. I will only use Precision Garage door in the future. They excel in their professionalism with the customer .

I bought a new house and had issues with the wall door opener Matt and his co-worker, repair the wall door opener quickly and assisted me changing keypad master code and I was able to purchase 4 new remotes from Matt which he showed me how to program too. The Precision Reps were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and successful helping me to resolve all my issues. Matt also explained why the manual unlock cord was not letting the door go back on track, because I had pulled the cord in the wrong direction. Great staff!

My goodness, Jason, did an outstanding job of evaluating and servicing my garage door. He not only took care of the issues, he explained the reasons for the problems. Then he advised me on how to do regular lubricating of the rollers, hinges and spring. He advised moving tools that could damage the wiring or fall into the track and damage the door, requiring replacement. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. Booked an appointment for the next morning, Michael came early, saw the problems right away, said he could fix it in 20 minutes, had the necessary parts on the truck, gave me the price on the spot, fixed it, did additional maintenance on the door for free, explained the 1 year warranty on the repair. John made not only replaced the broken spring of my garage door, but he noticed a frayed cable that prevented my door from setting level to the ground. After the repairs, my door not only works perfectly, for the first time in a very long time, the door doesn't rattle and shake. John answered all my questions and I am happy to say, I will be upgrading my garage motor on Monday, simply because of the information John provided me about their new motors with battery backup. It's an uncomfortable feeling being stranded outside with all my doors locked as I nearly was this weekend and I don't want that to happen again. Looking forward to seeing John again on Monday.
