We will never go anywhere else for our electric gates needs!! Blake was absolutely FANTASTIC! It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable, determined, POLITE technician at my home. I had called our long time gate service company first and they came out and said they couldn’t fix it (didn’t even examine it) and said we would need to buy a whole new set up to the tune of $5000. I knew it could be repaired and Blake didn’t give up until he found the problem. Fixed for less than 5% of the quoted replacement. QUALITY SERVICE! You should give him a raise!!! I messed up my garage door by parking too close to it and causing it to get off track. That happened on a Wednesday morning, I called Thursday morning to schedule an appointment and was able to get it repaired the same day. My technician was Casey, he called and informed me that he could come earlier than the allotted time, he was polite and it didn’t take him long at all. I will definitely be using Precision again! (hopefully not for a while though)

The technician, Michael Falberg was GREAT! He was actually able to arrive ahead of the scheduled time and promptly diagnosed the issue and had the repair part in his truck. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He fixed my garage door in less than half an hour. Again, he was great!

I am a hard-to-please customer for any product or service. Precision Door Service (especially Austin and Eric) provided an excellent solution! The scheduling was simple and an appointment was set for 8 am the next morning. Austin was early which is very much appreciated. Normally when service vendors provide a range I expect the worst case, but Precision is the exception. Two broken springs were the problem and Austin skillfully replaced both in about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered questions about maintenance and replacement costs of components. The experience was great and my wife's car was freed from garage prison!
