We were also the victims of the recent power outage that lasted 3 days for us. Once the power was restored, EVERYTHIING in our house worked EXCEPT the garage door opener lights. I called Precision becasue they were the ones that installed the opener. I have ALWAYS had EXCEPTIONAL sevice from them. Scott diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds. THE LIGHTS WERE BURNED OUT! Little did I know that I should have checked them before calling Precision. Scott spent a total of 5 minutes at our house, and didn't charge us. Now that IS a true professional. Scott was the technician who was assigned our case. He arrived on time and within a short time diagnosed the issue. His van was equipped with a new part and within minutes the issue was solved.
