Your technician came to look at the problem we need a new garage door opener and they did not have one in the truck which I thought they were supposed to be fully stocked on parts had to reschedule

Sorry for the delay in replying to this survey, but I have been having problems with my systems. All of my devices were scammed and I have been fearful of getting back on any device. However, your technicians were the most professional and courteous that I have ever met. I was so blessed to have such professional and kindly men in my presence. Please thank them for me! I would still like to have the wireless opener installed that the technician suggested for me to get in case of power failure!

Excellent service. I had a bad experience calling a repair man for washing machine after selecting on internet. So now I was skeptical when selecting a garage door opener repair service. However, it turned out great. Customer service lady was very nice, answered my questions and scheduling was easy. I loved the instant texts and emails that showed schedule and when repairman would arrive. In fact repair man was in area early and called and asked if he could arrive in 5 minutes. Then I got a text with a short bio and picture of repairman. Gave a personal touch. Matt McNatt was great. Diagnosed problem quickly and explained needed repair and cost. I was concerned about the age (16 yrs) of the unit and asked if it was his unit would he install a new unit or do the repair. He said I had an excellent unit and that the repair would work and last many more years. He could have "hosed" me and said I need a new unit but gave me an honest opinion. I appreciated that. The cost was very fair and he repaired quickly. Unit works great and he also went over the whole door and components and gave me opinion on condition. Our technician, Jason Rodriguez, was amazing! He arrived on time and immediately knew what the problem with my garage door was, and he told me that my attempts to fix it myself should never have had to happen! That’s the last time I’ll cal Overhead Door of Memphis directly. It will be Precision Door Services all the time from now on. I have used Precision a couple of times in the past. Scott came out to repair our garage door opener. I thought it might need to be replaced, but Scott checked the unit and said that it could be repaired. He did an excellent job and we're pleased that it didn't need replacement yet. I chose Precision Garage Doors, because I am a second time client. Years ago they came and calmed a rickety monstrosity for us. Thier number was still in my phone. The technician, Nathan, was on time, got straight to work and completely changed out my door and tested it in no time. My garage door came off track. I had an an appointment with another company & me mentioned to someone else I had the appointment, their words were "cancel it immediately and call Precision!" They had used Precision several times. My appointment was for 1pm I got a call from Austin he was running ahead. He arrived 30 minutes early. Austin was very professional & extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the rollers & got my door back on the track. I was very impressed & will recommend Precision to others.
