I had a repair that another company couldn’t fix properly. Chris Hisaw arrived on time and, after an inspection of the problem , knew just how to fix it. He explained what was needed and got right to work. He made sure that the door was properly adjusted, after the repair. Now the garage door works better than it has in months. Chis is a true professional. If I need another repair in the future, I will definitely call Precision again.

Precision Door Service technical rep. knew how to replace the sensor boards and had exactly two on the service van, which is what was needed. These parts were hard to come by, so I considered myself very fortunate to get the two sensor boards for the Liftmaster doors 2 and 3. Scott the technician performed a very thorough job of replacing the ones that were struck by Lightning. For anyone with garage doors, hope your garage never gets struck by 40,000 plus volts of lightning at 4:30 a.m. on a February morning. Lucky that the MLG&W transformer to garage and house are on separate meters, the motors were O.K. it, just sensor boards were ruined, but now replaced. Thanks, Precision Door Service.

I chose Precision Door Service because my neighbor recommended your company. Chris Hisaw was the technician that came to my house. I could not close my garage door all the way. He temporarily fix the door so I could close it and be safe. I have to get the brick wall repaired first so he can install a new rail. Just wow! That’s all I can say. Just under a year ago my automatic gate was not working. Last night when I came home, it stopped working again. I called them this morning. They were out this afternoon and because it was under a year, they replaced the part, fixed the gate and didn’t even charge the time to visit. I HIGHLY Recommend them!

we had an emergency with the 10x8 ft door on our garage shop. the spring broke and all vehicles were inside so we had no transportation. we saw an ad on television early morning, called the number. the answering service was very professional, scheduled a technician for that afternoon between 2 - 4:oopm. technician came promptly at 2:00 pm and successfully replaced the spring on our door and repaired the second door in the same shop area. we are so grateful for this quick service.

Service was EXPEDIENT and EFFICIENT. Technician Josh came in earlier than the appointment and was quite calm and direct. He seemed to know in advance to go directly to the source of the problem, and he most certainly was correct. Ground Fault socket had tripped the garage opener socket! Josh had us back up and working in a matter of seconds. I highly recommend the services of Precision to everyone.
