Technician, Logan, was here and finished prior to the scheduled appointment time. It did not take him long to determine the cause of the noise when door opening and closing. He corrected the problem and left, No Charge. He had on a Uniform shirt with his name and company logo. In this day and time, that is appreciated. We love doing business with this company as their prices are good and you can get them out pretty quickly for any service needed.

Your company was referred by a friend. This visit took only an adjustment to fix the problem. However, we will need to replace our door short, we were given a estimate for that as well. Your representative was kind, friendly and very helpful. We look forward to having our door replaced soon.

PS: Don't ever lock a raccoon in your garage overnight. He will destroy your garage door gasket and eat the wiring!

The technician was a very knowledgeable person with good manners. I appreciate the professionalism and fast service. Not only did he show up on time but he showed up a little bit early and he called to ask if that was all right before he came over. He was neatly dressed and professional while completing the work.
