Jason did not disappoint. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and quickly installed a keypad opener, programmed two clickers, and troubleshot one of my opener head units. I called Precision Door because it had initially installed the garage door. I had an issue with the key pad. The tech arrived at the time Precision Door said he would. Also, the tech called me to say when he would arrive and he arrived on time. I immediately thought, good customer service. When the Tech Jason arrived, he explained everything and quickly resolved the issues I had. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also inspected the door and found everything in good condition. He sprayed a lubricant on the door and rollers. 100% good customer service and a very reasonable price. I say reasonable because I have used other garage companies in the past at a previous house. They don't even compare to Precision Door. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends. Thanks.
