We chose to go with Precision having used them in the past on a driveway entry gate that had given us many issues over the years. When our garage door decided to give us problems, there was no other company considered. The response was fast and service even faster. While I hope not to see the Precision team anytime soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again. Our garage door spring broke at a very inconvenient time. We appreciated Precision's availability on the weekend although we elected to wait until Monday for the repair. Technician Jason Rodriguez did a fantastic job, arrived on time, completed the repair properly and he worked quickly. Our garage door operates even better than before, thanks Jason!

I picked your company because it was the first to appear in my search for a garage door repair company. I am extremely happy that I chose you all. The tech was at the house at 8 am! He was able to have everything done in 15 minutes. No replacements needed. He did an inspection and told us we will need to consider replacement of the motor in the future. The motor is 24 years old and they normally last about 20. He was fantastic.

When Peyton arrived to repair our fallen door, a hummingbird was trapped in our garage. He gently captured it in his cap and freed it. He then proceeded to repair the door. He was efficient and courteous and the door works better than before. Thank you Peyton!
