Shane arrived right on time, was very courteous, & after I decided what I wanted, went right to work. Since the first set of springs we had to have changed lasted 8 years & the second set (lower strength from a different company) only lasted 6 years, I decided to go with a complete replacement of all moving parts (NOT including door & opener), with the lifetime warranty, as we plan on being here until the end. Very efficient & job well done. Sounds like a new door again! I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

I had Precision Door Service come out because my landlord mentioned the garage door had previously opened on its own. The technician, Roger Emmerson, was extremely professional and thorough. He inspected the motor, wall button, wiring, and overall system and explained everything clearly. The opener is only a few years old and he didn’t find anything wrong. Instead of trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need, he was honest and said he didn’t feel right charging me for the visit. That level of integrity really stood out. Roger took the time to explain possible causes, answered all my questions, and told me to call back if anything happens in the future. Great customer service and professionalism. Made an appointment online to replace a 13-y.o. door opener. Shane arrived during appointed time window, gave an estimate, and replaced the opener without issue. He was friendly, patient when I screwed up my wifi password twice, did a neat job, and lubricated everything to make the door quiet again. All in all, an excellent job. I dinged one star due to the rather high price -- no deal or discount was offered on the $89 service call when paying $1060 for an opener that can be bought on Amazon for $560.
