This company deserves 5 stars for sure! From the very first call, everything went so smoothly. We got a convenient appointment time, a reminder/confirmation and then the service technician called us personally to say he was on the way. They sent me an email with a picture and biographical information about the person coming to our house! Precision Door is a fantastic company! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Payton was great. Due to technology issues, I didn't get the call that he was on the way. I happened to open my phone and saw the message. My handyman was there and Payton was ready with estimates when I got home (10 minutes). We agreed on the work to be done, and he immediately fixed my garage door springs. Great service--plus I just called for an appointment yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I am happy to say my door is repaired and in great working order. Thanks Payton.

My service was offered to come that same afternoon but I was not going to be home and it was scheduled the very next day. My service Technician, Roger Emmerson, called me to let me know what time he would be there and arrived at that exact time. He listened to what my problem was and immediately took care of the issue very quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.
