Technician Clancey did a good job today. He was efficient, knew immediately what the problem was before I opened the garage door. He knew his job, replaced the broken spring and checked the other doors to look for any issues with them. I have been very pleased with my new remote door opener and was pleased at how fast a technician was sent out to repair my garage door today. I will call again if I have any problems and recommend your company if anyone needs your service.

Booked online for a door sensor issue and was given the opportunity to have a same day service. Less than an hour later we had a wonderful tech by the name of Treston who quickly and most politely diagnosed the issue, explained everything well, and made the fix. He took his time to make sure all our concerns were addressed and was such a pleasure to work with! Well done Precision for hiring and training such polite and efficient staff that respect the customer and their property!
