He not only fixed the problem (broken torsion spring), but he checked everything on the garage door. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, which is always greatly appreciated. Technician Peyton Peabody came to my house to service my garage door 3-3-26. I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had w him and his service. Very knowledgeable and willing to assist me with programming my cars homelink and a new remote. Doors seemed noisy to him, so he made some adjustments and oiled some areas as well. Very pleased with service. Serviceman Roger was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Lock was broken on garage door and was not replaceable. Roger was able to install a safe lock for the door with no issues. Will definitely use Precision if needed again!

I suspected I needed a new motor but with lubrication and adjustment they were able to get it running just fine. I really appreciate his honesty and not just trying to sell me a new opener when mine could be fixed. This develops a trust level that will keep me coming back to Precision. When I do really need a motor Precision will get the business because of honesty and integrity.
