I picked your company because it was the first to appear in my search for a garage door repair company. I am extremely happy that I chose you all. The tech was at the house at 8 am! He was able to have everything done in 15 minutes. No replacements needed. He did an inspection and told us we will need to consider replacement of the motor in the future. The motor is 24 years old and they normally last about 20. He was fantastic.

When Peyton arrived to repair our fallen door, a hummingbird was trapped in our garage. He gently captured it in his cap and freed it. He then proceeded to repair the door. He was efficient and courteous and the door works better than before. Thank you Peyton!

We got a convenient appointment time, a reminder/confirmation and then the service technician called us personally to say he was on the way. Payton was great. Due to technology issues, I didn't get the call that he was on the way. I happened to open my phone and saw the message. My handyman was there and Payton was ready with estimates when I got home (10 minutes). We agreed on the work to be done, and he immediately fixed my garage door springs. Great service--plus I just called for an appointment yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I am happy to say my door is repaired and in great working order. Thanks Payton.

My service was offered to come that same afternoon but I was not going to be home and it was scheduled the very next day. My service Technician, Roger Emmerson, called me to let me know what time he would be there and arrived at that exact time. The entire experience with Precision was great. Our garage door broke one evening and I was able to go online that night and schedule for someone to come out and look at it the next day. They showed up within the requested window and were able to fix the problem fast and efficiently. They also gave me options which was very nice. Our technician Chris was excellent.
