An electric gate is the only entrance to our farm. As seniors, we decided to install on the gate a keypad with a code to be used only by various emergency services. Two companies were available in our area. One company gave us an estimate over the phone. The Precision Door Company tech came to our property, saw the gate, and gave us a price. We accepted his bid. He had the device in his truck and did the work immediately. I was not surprised with our experience with this company, as they have been in business for 25 years. The Precision bid WAS lower, but I'm pretty sure we would have accepted their bid even if higher, as dealing with them was exceedingly professional, courteous and timely.

Dillon KIrby installed a new motor and sensors on our garage door over two and a half years ago. When he came out today to fix the problem that the door would not lower properly, he quickly saw that a wire from the original installation has worked loose. Even though the door is no longer under warranty, he secured the wire and declined to charge for the service call. I was very impressed by his honesty and willingness to acknowledge the source of the problem. You have a stellar employee!

Wow, fast, efficient, and fixed our problems. We knew we had a broken spring when we called yesterday. The scheduler set us up with an appointment today. Not only was our tech, Chris, on time, he actually called to see if he could come a bit earlier. Chris did a thorough analysis of our door and fully explained to us three options that we could pick from. We chose the middle level service, that included replacing our rollers and bottom brackets along with the springs. Chris went right to work and was done in no time.
