Precision Garage Door replaced my entire garage door and motor. The set up a 4 hour window. The crew showed up on time and got the job done in 90 minutes. Very impressed. The only negative was greasy and oily hand prints were left on the garage door and the frame of the house where the wireless keypad was installed. Wished the crew had cleaned that up. Otherwise, great job and I would recommend this company.

There was an evening opening the very day I called, the technician was early, identified the issue immediately, found a broken part, gave me the option of completing other age related maintenance, and all the while explained everything he found, and simply taught me about the door and it’s parts so I could be more knowledgeable. Prompt arrival for appointment, and thorough assessment of condition of existing equipment. Replaced old. Garage door opener a new ‘battery back up’ belt drive model; was professional, quick, thorough and clean. All remotes were programmed and operation of the unit explained including warranties. I had an emergency. Though the t was minor, it was risky to DIY the situation. After calling the competition and being told, “Sorry...it will have to be late tomorrow”, Precision tells me they’re slammed, but they’ll get someone out to help resolve my situation. Yes, it was simple...BUT I’m not a professional door installer and couldn’t have known. To cut to the point...they did what the competition wouldn’t do. My door works as good as new and I’ll be calling Precision when the time comes to make any replacements that need be made in the future.

Great Customer Service! I called on Wednesday, and they came out the next day. We replaced our garage door opener system and rollers. Jason was awesome! I have rarely been this completely satisfied with any home service contractor I have hired anywhere, much less in Memphis. I ordered a new garage door and the installation. My biggest surprise was the work ethic and professionalism of the techs assigned to my job. Jason D. took ownership of this job, correcting small details about how the door and seals fit, tweaking the rails, etc. Jason noticed my existing Builder-supplied garage door opener was mounted too high, which likely resulted in the cracking of my upper panel on the old door, and lowered my existing opener. He also took the time to return a week later and install a bottom seal suitable for my situation, and replace a temporary perimeter seal on the outside that was pieced together. The minor surprises were the garage door included new rails and hardware as well as new springs, and I didn't get some extra charge for the new, longer speedy angle Jason installed to lower my garage door opener rail to the correct height. So, the scope surprises were nice (everything was included that should have been, and for a super reasonable price) but the absolute icing on the cake was the completely competent installation of the door and attention to detail. I rarely say this due to the type of retardation normally associated with engineers, but I am a professionally registered mechanical engineer and that door was installed in such a way there is nothing that could have been done better not one single thing. Anything that breaks from here is the door's fault because its just a garage door and they are born to break. Amazing work ethic for this area and a tribute to Management's hiring practices for this company. Make sure you are taking steps to retain employees like this they are a 1 in 30 proposition at best. Precision Garage door is Highly recommended.
