I had a broken door and figured I would have to wait till the next week to get someone out. Called on Thursday afternoon and the repair was completed just after lunch on Friday! Matt was not only on time but early! Assessed the situation and made a complete repair in no time. I couldn't be more satisfied! If I have any criticism, it's that Matt is an Ole Miss fan! Guess he can't help that! LOL!

Micheal called to ask if it was OK to arrive earlier than scheduled. Said he would be here in about 30 minutes. Arrived in that time frame, explained my options, replaced the rail and belt assembly on my door opener, adjusted the door opening and closing limits and, explained the warranty on the parts and work performed. All working great when he left. Thanks for the great service.

I definitely give my service raiding experience a 5 star. I'm always impressed by the high number of positive reviews that a company receives, plus it's the second time I've called on them for service. My service technician Ben was very professional, courteous and thorough by explaining options for service requested and recommended service that might be needed. He completed the service work in under an hour which was why it was even more perfect when he called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok that he could arrive earlier, which worked out great for me. We’ve used Precision in the past when our other garage door was malfunctioning, and have been very pleased with how well that door has continued to operate. When the door on the other side of the garage stopped working this week, it was an easy decision to call Precision out again. Michael made it to my house early and didn’t even require me to be there (I was able to open it remotely). He replaced my outside keypad that had gone bad after only a few years that had originally been installed by another company. Ben came to repair my garage door. In less than a minute he diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate of the charge and began the repairs. I would never use another company for my garage door work. Ben was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about garage moors.
