This morning when closing my garage door it jumped the tracks. Called Precision's national number. Lady said to get service same day would be $199 emergency service fee. I recall the TV commercial stated same day service. But I needed the garage door repaired same day. So, I told her to schedule the appointment. Was told the tech would be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00 Jason arrived at 2:35 and after his survey of the hanging double garage door he fully explained what parts need replacing and why. Told me what the repairs would cost and the different options available. I elected to put the money on a new door installation. Existing door is over 11 yrs old. Jason said he would get our garage door working safely at no cost due to the new garage door shipment not available until mid Aug. It's obvious Jason knew what he was doing. In a short time he had the hanging garage door back on the tracks and door working properly. Jason was friendly and professional. Its was refreshing to be told the "what and why" regarding the repairs needed. I am very pleased with Jason and Precision Overhead Door. My bill included the $199 fee for emergency same day service. I did not object. However, I don't understand why the "Same Day Service" logo is on their website and also was on Jason's service truck. I paid the emergency $199 fee. Perhaps I miss-understood what the lady told me. I did have a problem understanding her. No, I am not complaining. I told the lady to schedule same day service. I highly recommend Jason and Precision Overheard Door.

Technician arrived right on time (After receiving both a Text and email that advised who would be coming) Technician promptly introduced himself and was polite, courteous, and professional. The Technician accessed the problem , quickly advised me the cost estimate and approximate time to repair. I Service was the same day I called and the price was extremely reasonable. My garage door was not closing properly and I called Precision Door. The person answering the phone was very kind and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for me within a three-hour time frame. I was lucky! Within thirty minutes, my technician, Jason Rodriguez, came and knew exactly what was happening. He was very professional and courteous! He fixed my problem within minutes and then checked my entire garage door and motor. He oiled everything and did a wonderful job! I was very satisfied with him and the entire process with Precision Door!!
