Called for a broken torsion spring repair and received a same-day appointment window. Shortly after scheduling, Austin Whipple, the repair technician, called stating that he had an earlier opening, so I took advantage of it. Austin was friendly, professional, and courteous. He confirmed the problem of a broken spring, then made recommendations of upgrading the rollers, center bearing, drums, and cables all with a lifetime warranty for only slightly more than I would be paying for the springs. I agreed then questioned how long all of that would take to install, assuming it would take quite a while. Austin stated 45 minutes which pleasantly surprised me. He kindly answered multiple questions I had about other parts of my garage and finished the job in a timely manner. Their vehicles seem to come fully-stocked with all the necessary parts and tools for most jobs, so I didn't have to wait for any "we don't have those parts with us'-type delays. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I've used Precision Door in the past at my previous residence so at my current residence when my garage door spring decided to break I knew exactly who to call. The tech John B. came out the same day and replaced all of the critical moving parts plus a lifetime warranty as long as I own the home for under $700. That my friends is a bargain!! I was able to easily make an appointment, and I was reminded of my appointment via text. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text with the name and photo of who would be arriving to do the repairs. Thank you for the great service that Michael Falberg provided when he repaired our garage door. Precision Garage door demonstrated superb communication and reliability by texting, email and phone calls concerning the appointment time to fix a garage door my tenant backed into. The reservationist was polite and friendly. They arrived early and called me to make sure that it was ok. The repair man , Scott, was friendly/personable and skillful in the repair job showing concern by securing the broken door safely, attaching the broken panel until a new one could be ordered and installed. I will only use Precision Garage door in the future. They excel in their professionalism with the customer .
