I would like to thank Precision Door for the wonderful service they provided to my family and me. We were worried about our garage door being out of service and when I called and explained my situation to the lady who answered the phone, I felt at peace at that point. The technician who she dispatched, Jason Rodriguez, called ahead of the appointment time to inform that he was on his way. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Polite and very courteous. Did a great job. As a company, I would email a copy of invoice to customer once the installer returned to shop. Second, as a additional service level it would have helped to program my 2 cars sitting outside the garage as it took me almost 2 hours to figure out the system. This is what I call value added.

Called for service for a broken garage door spring. Got and immediate appointment for 6-8 PM. Then Aaron called to say he could come earlier. By 10:30 AM it was fixed. How great is that? The repair cost was below my expectation. How really great is that?? This is a great company with which to do business. Aaron is an outstanding representative for your company and a 1st rate technician.

The service I received was clear, efficient and well done. I was able to get a service call very quickly for an assessment of my garage door opener and then a replacement in advance of my scheduled appointment the next day. Ben was respectful and skilled and I was impressed with his knowledge and manner. I love the way the new garage door opener functions. Jason Rodriquez replaced the motherboard on my garage door opener. He explained to me the problem and gave me options on the repair. He went over and beyond the call by oiling the bearings and adjusted the sensors. Great job. I highly recommend.

Precision Door Service sent out a guy named Kevin to fix our garage door (it's main spring had busted). He quickly fixed the garage door, but what really impressed me was his courtesy and professionalism. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved our interaction with him. The door was fixed for a fair price, and it works perfectly now.

I originally purchased a groupon for a tune up, but had issues with my opener and they fixed the issue and were able to provide me with an addition opener for my daughter. My opener quit working and a technician came back out free of charge, fixed it and explained what I needed to do if it happened again. Very please, will continue to use and will recommend to others.
