Precision is terrific! They dispatched a technician (Aaron) the very next morning, after I called because the door wasn't working. He was professional and courteous and figured out what the problem might have been, and fixed it, and best of all, without charging anything. I would recommend Precision to anyone!

We called Precision Garage on a Tuesday morning after my wife noticed a loud pop in the garage door & it wouldn't go up. Observations revealed the large garage spring had broken. We were initially told someone would be there that same afternoon around 2:00 pm. To our great delight the service man called around 10:30 am & was at our home in minutes. We appreciate the fast, professional, curtis service provided by Precision Garage. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs

I absolutely love Precision Garage Door! They provide excellent customer service and Ben knew what to do to resolve our issue. They provide such great service when they can find the time to get things scheduled and done within a day or two. They always call ahead and even try to fit you in earlier than your appointment if they can. Great workers and great product! Our new garage door opener is fantastic. Quiet and has a ton of light!

Chris, was the first person I meet my schedule appointment was later that evening and he came by early and took care of everything set my day for them to start. Didn't meet Ben, but he called me to let me know he was on his way they came fixed my garage door and it's like new. Everyone was on time, polite even phone calls. These guys (Jason, and Nathan) were professional, fast, and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied. We had a new door and opener unit installed (and everything that comes with that) and we couldn't be happier with the product and the service!! HIGHLY recommend Precision!!
