On the plus side, Jason Rodriguez was early for our appointment. Secondly, he was able to access and fix the problem in a short period of time. On the negative side, he didn't even introduce himself and frankly never even said a word until I tried to initiate a conversation. Even then, his responses were either one word answers or just a few words at best. I only suggest he work on his people skills.

Excellent customer service and follow up. Not many company’s send you a text letting you know the tech is on the way with a picture of them along with a brief bio on the tech. Makes the experience answering the door a lot more inviting when you already know their name and face. They quote you right on the spot and go over all the details of the job. This was all-around 5 Star service!!! The technician called to ask if he could come early (which was really great news for us!) and arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly repaired our door, which had not worked correctly in about a year. I wish we had called Precision much earlier!!! We couldn't find our old remotes so he programmed 2 new ones for us that match our motor. Our garage door is now performing like a brand new one! Of course we had to pay for the new remotes and pay for the service call, but the charge was incredibly reasonable and fair... under $150 for 2 new remotes, programming them, and repairing the door which had come off track. The technician was professional, very courteous, and a great representative for Precision Door Service. Thank you for making getting a garage door repair an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

I absolutely recommend calling Precision for your garage needs. When I called, they quickly had a tech out the next day, Michael, who was able to easily identify the problem and provide several solutions to fix it. Ultimately I decided to go with a new garage door motor and track rail. Michael took care of everything and was back out to install it by the end of the week. In about an hour, everything was up and running and I love my new opener. It’s so quiet and smooth compared to the previous original 20+ yr old motor. And the price was very in line to other competitors but I felt like Precision would do the job right the first time and at the best value. They haven’t let me down yet and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a some help with a garage door!
