Excellent service by Precision. A very friendly person took my call promptly at 8:00 AM. Kevin, the technician arrived promptly at 12:30 PM. A great guy, friendly, who knew what he was doing. I took the first appointment I could get which was 6-8pm. Brandon called at 4pm to say he could be there earlier if I was available. He arrived within the hour, explained the situation, fixed it and was done within 20 minutes. Very pleased!

My garage door would not open at 10 a.m. I was traveling out of country the next day at 4 a.m. So I called Precision Door, hoping I could get an appt same day. First: An actual human being answered the phone. Cudos! Second...the nice lady squeezed me in with Nathan, who was doing an install 40 minutes away. They arrived 30 min early, they were super nice and very professional, and finished the work expeditiously. Finally, my garage was cleaner when they left than when they got here. I can't speak more highly of Precision Door. I will always use them for my garage door needs. I think you should seriously consider them yourselves.

The technician was on time, called before he came, very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. The representatives who took my calls before I made my appointment were easy to speak with and kind. To me this is very important because customer service is not easy to find anymore.
