I didn't think fixing garage door on my 5 year old house would be on my to do list until the spring broke in 2 places. It was a tense moment for me just arriving home from work at 5:30pm. I had no clue who to call. I got online and searched. Precision door service popped up. After reading the good reviews I gave them a call. Anyway, to make it short, their technician, Ben White showed up. Very nice friendly guy. We charted briefly about family. He went to work and had my garage door working in about 40minutes. I was there while he was working. I could tell he knew what he was doing. He took time to answer all my questions about why and how the spring broke. And why the new spring he installed is better than the old one. I am glad I chose Precision doors. I will DEFINITELY recommend them. If there is a 6 star, you deserve it.

The main spring on my door had broken after 15 years of use. I contacted Precision Door and they quickly scheduled a repair. The technician called and asked if they could come early, which was a nice surprise.
