Ben was the service tech. He was very knowledgeable, professional and performed the installation of a new garage door opener in a timely manner. This is my second experience with Precision and my experience has been very satisfactory both times. I would recommend this company for any type of garage door installation or repair.

5 stars for Matt and the company's service. Professional on time skillful and polite. Had phone contact difficulty with phones for Lakeland Memphis and Bartlett but Bartlett connected. Told receptionist and she said you would check it out. Could hinder you receiving calls as it rang and then a void. Then one rang interrupted with message conversation may be recorded rang and then void. Bartlett rang interrupted about recording then rang but this time answered. Didn't try the Germantown number so it may be Ok. Thanks JMP.

Some of my garage door rollers came off track and I was desperate to have it repaired. I saw on the web that Precision had 24 hour customer service. I called around 6:30 this morning and Matt was here around 9:30, much earlier than I expected. He checked out the door and explained the problem and cost to repair. He was finished in a very short time.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We received multiple messages advising of the appointment status which was very nice. Matt McNatt was the technician and did a great job silencing our screeching garage door. He was even able to arrive early and had a great can-do attitude! The only downside is now we are thinking about options he showed us to replace the door for an updated look.....sigh..... Precision does a great job installing the door. They are promised and very helpful with information. They are courteous and kind. The paper work is in the computer.., it’s very neat and easy to read and forwarded to me fast.
