It's such a pleasure to do business with people who remember what customer service is. My garage door was randomly opening and closing. it was like it had a mind of it's own. The technician diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes and had the repair done and he was gone within 10 minutes of his arrival. And buy the way, he called and asked if it would be OK if he arrived about an hour and a half before I expected him.

Very satisfied with the service we received from Precision and our tech, Aaron. Very friendly and professional. Aaron quickly diagnosed the issues we were having with our garage door and clearly explained what he would need to do in order to repair. He gave us a very reasonable quote and even provided a couple of different options for the future if the need arises. My garage door came off it’s rails for reasons unknown late Friday. Dispatch said it won’t be til Monday to get someone. I asked if there was any way to get someone today. Aaron was scheduled to come between 6-8 pm. However he called at 4:30 and was able to come early. I have to say he was very professional and an admitted perfectionist. He also corrected obvious (to him) issues the installers missed last visit in Jan 2020. Though not all techs are as thorough as Aaron, I appreciate their commitment to great service

We called yesterday late afternoon as our garage door stopped working. Precision Door was able to give us an appointment for the next day at 10:00am, which was very quick. Updates and confirmations were provided throughout the morning. Ben called and said that he would be early and asked is this was OK. Ben actually arrive 45 minutes early and had the work completed in approximately one hour. Ben's work was outstanding and he clearly explained the costs, work performed and other pertinent information on our garage door. Ben was very professional and outgoing. We have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to do so.

Matt and the other young man made all of my garage door dreams come true. They installed the new one. Hauled off the old one. Programmed both openers to work for both doors, even though we only purchased one opener. and programmed my van opener to open both sides.
