I really appreciate the text about the technician giving me his name and information about him. I've never had a business do this before. Unfortunately, I got the text after he had arrived and did not get to read it until after he had left, but it still made Precision stand out to me in a positive way. Brandon, the tech, was quite helpful. My builder-installed opener will last a little longer but will eventually need to be replaced. When it does, I'll call Precision.

When your repair man arrived (righton time) I had received a text from your company with his picture. Matt was great, the prices are more than reasonable for the incredible service.

Our old Lift Master finally gave out. Found Precision on the Internet, gave'em a call and next day Ben came out. He took a look to see if he could fix the Lift Master but being so old, to replace all the parts it needed it just made since to install a new opener. Ben was on time, real nice, explained everything in detail, made the install and was very through in his paper work. Precision has great customer service and I'd recommend them if you need garage door service. A+ service!!

I called and needed service because my door was stuck and was offered emergency services, thankfully the office staff called me with a cancellation and was able to send Ben out sooner. He did such a wonderful job and I will highly recommend him.
