Jason was on time, called ahead, and hit the ground running. He was quick, thorough, knowledgeable— and provided valuable information regarding garage maintenance. Why did I call Precision? We received excellent service from our technician. He was very professional and very very knowledgeable. He practiced social distancing and wore a mask throughout the servicing. He evaluated the problem and explained to us what was wrong and how to fix the door in very detailed and understandable language. I was very impressed at how quickly he fixed the garage door! This is our first time using Precision Door Service and thank you for your quick response and excellent service!

This was all-around 5 Star service!!! The technician called to ask if he could come early (which was really great news for us!) and arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly repaired our door, which had not worked correctly in about a year. I wish we had called Precision much earlier!!! We couldn't find our old remotes so he programmed 2 new ones for us that match our motor. Our garage door is now performing like a brand new one! Of course we had to pay for the new remotes and pay for the service call, but the charge was incredibly reasonable and fair... under $150 for 2 new remotes, programming them, and repairing the door which had come off track. The technician was professional, very courteous, and a great representative for Precision Door Service. Thank you for making getting a garage door repair an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

Aaron was very courteous and efficient in repairing our garage door. He maintained his distance and wore a mask during these COVID-19 times. He was running ahead of schedule that day and was several hours early. You could tell that he enjoys what he does and checked out our door thoroughly as he was making repairs. I would call them again, but I feel confident that the door is in good shape for a number or years.

I absolutely recommend calling Precision for your garage needs. When I called, they quickly had a tech out the next day, Michael, who was able to easily identify the problem and provide several solutions to fix it. Ultimately I decided to go with a new garage door motor and track rail. Michael took care of everything and was back out to install it by the end of the week. In about an hour, everything was up and running and I love my new opener. It’s so quiet and smooth compared to the previous original 20+ yr old motor. And the price was very in line to other competitors but I felt like Precision would do the job right the first time and at the best value. They haven’t let me down yet and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a some help with a garage door!

Needed emergency service due to residential garage door failure to close. Did not want to have door open all night. Called Precision and had a tech repairing my door that evening. Perfect job, priced as promised and I could sleep knowing my garage was securely closed. I have used Precision for many years for upgrades and repairs. Always satisfied. There are two reasons why I selected Precision Door for garage door maintenance. I got a Precision Door Service coupon from ValPak and a family member recommended Precision Door Service. Good decision. Aaron, the technician, texted and called saying he could arrive early, which worked out well for me. Besides being a personable fellow, Aaron was efficient and knowledgeable. I understood why he arrived early. Aaron knew what he was doing. This is a 20 foot wide door and Aaron had the springs tightened, tuned up all the hinges and bolts holding them, then replaced all the rollers in about 45 minutes. This included some good advice about my door and some bids for future work. I intend to replace the garage door when the driveway is repaired. I wanted to know how this company worked before making larger commitments. I had a problem with the invoice which, I caused. I forgot to provide the coupon when I was paying for the service. I called the next day and the company is honoring the coupon. My take is that the company has excellent technicians and is operated with equally competent and considerate management. I'm going with Precision Door Service when I replace my garage door.

Technician Ben did a repair on my garage door and installed a new opener with battery backup. He arrived on time, called me to tell me he was here, and he set up remotes, key pad and app for my phone after he installed the opener. The garage door is now so smooth and quiet, I can hardly hear it. I am more than pleased with the whole process. I would definitely call Precision again and will recommend them to others.
