Kane came out late the same day I called even though I offered that the next morning would be fine. He gave me three options on replacements for 2 21 yr old units (1 of which was falling apart. He and his partner came out the next day earlier than promised performed in a professional and friendly manner and made sure systems were working properly prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Kane to perform any garage door installations/repairs

I was very pleased with your company. My garage door and opener was 23 years old. In the 10 years I’ve lived in my house, I had several repairs to my door and opener by a competitor of yours. They were slow to respond and “grouchy” to work with. This last incident with my door, we called them again. They didn’t answer the phone so we called Precision late in the afternoon. Your technician responded that day, got my door back on the rails and ordered me a replacement in a friendly, professional and personal manner. Two days later, my new door was installed by two other technicians, who again friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend your company.

Having stupidly run into my partially raised garage door, Precision Doors came out on short notice and got the door back on track so I could get my vehicles in and out. Since the door was pretty badly damaged, and it was a four-panel door instead of 5 panel, and it was white instead of almond (house trim), I decided to replace both doors with new ones. Aaron was quick to get the door back in service and had already anticipated all of the potential scenarios, from replacing a few panels to replacing the doors. He was full prepared and it only took a few minutes to make a decision to replace both my single and double garage door. The team that came two days later to do the installation was well prepared and very professional. They got the new doors up and running in 4-5 hours, answered all of my questions about future maintenance and lubrication, and suggest that I caulk the outside of the trip when the weather warms up a little. They cleaned up after themselves fully and took away all of the damaged products. It was a pleasure to do business with Precision. All invoices and payment were handled on an ipad with a virtually instantaneous email of the work order and invoice. Overall a very pleasant experience (other than the part about damaging the garage door in the first place.
