I received outstanding service from Precision Door Service; my technician, Ben was very nice and understood what the problem was with my garage door right away; it only took minutes to fix. My repair was on short notice; the company scheduled me the next day. When Ben arrived, he explained what the cause of the problem was and repaired it with ease. I was surprised that the repair amount was within my budget; very affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or replaced. Called Precision at 8:00am and Ben arrived at 9:30. Ben immediately diagnosed the problem and was done in no time. He explained a lot about what he was doing and was very professional. We heard about Precision when you replaced a garage door for friends. They are picky customers and raved about you! Our tech was wonderful. We were planning to have only the springs replaced but he gave us another option, to also replace the wheels, drums etc, which we decided on. Our door is so quiet now! Couldn’t be more pleased! Our garage door was giving us the blues. Every time the temperature got below 40 degrees, the door would go back up when we tried to let it down. That is a real pain when you're trying to leave for work. Matt came out and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional and super nice. Called my sister in law Carrie and she was able to send Ben and Matt out for my repairs. They showed up in the coolest marked truck and while I was hoping for an easy fix, I got a new door instead. It works better now and I'm glad they was honest with me. Thanks to Carrie for sending such an outstanding guy. Ben and Matt showed such professionalism and represented Precision really well. Brandon was very friendly, professional and fixed the problem quickly. He came on time- (actually early after calling to see if OK) and made sure everything was working with all the cars before leaving. I would definitely use Precision again.
