I am very happy with the service I received. I called the Cordova number at 8:30 AM and I was scheduled for that afternoon. However, Ben was ahead of schedule. Loved the fast service. They were here within a few hours and even stayed to install new system for us that night. Technician explained everything that was causing problems. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly installed the new components and now the door is so quiet, I have to look to make sure it is moving.

Outstanding service! I called in the morning and received a same day appointment. I was given a two Hour window. Michael called ahead of time and asked if it was ok to come over because it the time was earlier. This worked out great. After he arrived he explained the procedures/pricing. His work was completed in 25 minutes. I highly recommend Michael and his company for communication and efficiency. Thank you.

The torsion spring snapped on our garage door yesterday. We tried calling service companies to schedule a repair and got voicemails (still not returned). Gave Precision a call and spoke with a human! My wife scheduled next day service, but when they found out her car was stuck in the garage, they scheduled an appt last night. Michael F was professional and creative (repairs were more extensive than just the spring), and I ended up the happiest customer ever! They are the ONLY company I would recommend.

Certainly pleased with the work done by your service person. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Recommended that we change rollers to ball bearing type. Much quieter and will not wear out as rapidly. Was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. They told me how much it would cost to fix what was wrong with my old door and then I asked how much a new door would be. The old door was over 40 years and it had been worked on before. They worked with me to figure out financing. When they came to install the new door the two young men were very courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions.
