Some of my garage door rollers came off track and I was desperate to have it repaired. I saw on the web that Precision had 24 hour customer service. I called around 6:30 this morning and Matt was here around 9:30, much earlier than I expected. He checked out the door and explained the problem and cost to repair. He was finished in a very short time.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We received multiple messages advising of the appointment status which was very nice. Matt McNatt was the technician and did a great job silencing our screeching garage door. He was even able to arrive early and had a great can-do attitude! The only downside is now we are thinking about options he showed us to replace the door for an updated look.....sigh..... I had a broken door and figured I would have to wait till the next week to get someone out. Called on Thursday afternoon and the repair was completed just after lunch on Friday! Micheal called to ask if it was OK to arrive earlier than scheduled. Said he would be here in about 30 minutes. Arrived in that time frame, explained my options, replaced the rail and belt assembly on my door opener, adjusted the door opening and closing limits and, explained the warranty on the parts and work performed. Michael made it to my house early and didn’t even require me to be there (I was able to open it remotely).
