Most definitely 5 star service!!! Aaron arrived within 30 minutes after getting request for emergency service on a Sunday morning. Aaron was very professional, efficient and courteous. He introduced himself and within minutes diagnosed the problem, explaining that the spring needed to be replaced and roller bearings were showing wear. He offered option of 3 levels of repair from basic to replacement of all moving parts and cable. I felt well informed and chose the best option for me. The entire job completed in 45 minutes!!!!

I really appreciate the text about the technician giving me his name and information about him. I've never had a business do this before. Unfortunately, I got the text after he had arrived and did not get to read it until after he had left, but it still made Precision stand out to me in a positive way. Brandon, the tech, was quite helpful. My builder-installed opener will last a little longer but will eventually need to be replaced. When it does, I'll call Precision.
