We called Precision Garage on a Tuesday morning after my wife noticed a loud pop in the garage door & it wouldn't go up. Observations revealed the large garage spring had broken. We were initially told someone would be there that same afternoon around 2:00 pm. To our great delight the service man called around 10:30 am & was at our home in minutes.
