We chose Precision originally a couple years ago. After calling some different small garage door companies, and not getting response, we looked online at Memphis companies and found Precision. The three different times we have called Precision for service on our door we have gotten excellent customer service. From the initial phone request, to Rick being a superior service technician, we have been extremely pleased. We have gotten value for money spent and we will continue to recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

Repair broken spring. Was able to get an appointment for repair within 2 hours of calling! Excellent communication regarding arrival of technician and arrived promptly. Technician friendly and professional. Had door fixed in about 30 minutes. Would definitely use again!

Ben and Joe did a Great Job! They called first and was ahead of the appointment window. Garage door is working better than it did 20 years ago when we bought our home. Both my wife and I are amazed at the new "QUITE" of the new installed parts, rollers and springs (2). We really like the lifetime guarantee! BTW, Destiny at CS really did a Great Job in booking our appointment on Sunday PM!

After 4 days of a power outage here in Memphis, my garage door malfunctioned and came off the hinges ,etc. I called precision door at 8:00, and had a technician on site at 10:09 (PJ). In no time flat he diagnosed my issues and promptly had me operational. Great Job!

Michael arrived early after calling first. All problems were identified and options discussed. He walked me through all the features of my new smart garage door opener. He programmed the keypad and openers. He helped me set the application up on my iphone and test everything before he left. All my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend to others.

Easy to schedule and very responsive. Technician, Rick, explained everything after he did his inspection and went over all my options, including discounts. He installed a new opener and also installed new door hardware. When he was finished, he went through all the operations of the door, including the wall entry, remotes, and WiFi options.

Customer service was excellent when I called and spoke with Kerry.She tried so hard to get someone out the same day but it was late so I had to wait till the next day which I completely understand.She said Michael would be there between 2-4 and he was there right at 2.He was so wonderful and explained and showed everything to me and no pressure on what I needed to do.He was also very helpful in telling me how top care better for my door in the future.I would not call anyone else next time I need help.

Aaron was wonderful. We have to get another router to be able to use our phone to activate the door. Aaron was diligent in trying to get the door to work but it just wasn't possible. Great young man and great company to deal with.

We had Precision Door install a new spring in 2004. At the time, they recommended 2 springs (one on either side of the opening chain. We only had one.) They said it would last longer. Our first spring lasted 9 years. The one they installed lasted 13 years. It broke yesterday. They were out today and since I had my receipt from 2004, every thing was covered and they said it was a better spring to boot!! Very satisfied!!
