Having been in business and sales management all my adult life, customer satisfaction is key to your success. I feel that Wes and Jon did an excellent job installing my door. They called me first and told me when to expect them. Then they were very professional and answered all my questions and installed my door very quickly. I also want to thank Eric Kee who made the initial inspection and suggested the size and type of door I needed and gave me the estimate. The Precision Door name has been a well known icon in the community for many years. I'm glad I chose them to install my new door.

Made appointment late Thursday and they came out first thing Friday morning. Garage door was jamming at the top horizontal track, he fixed quickly and easily. Called other garage door company twice and never heard back. These guys are awesome. No other choice in the Memphis area.
