Always great service - 2nd time I've used Precision Door Service in last two years. Matt was service technician both times. (Matt & Ben were both on this call this time.) PERFECT EXPERIENCE! We received multiple messages advising of the appointment status which was very nice. Matt McNatt was the technician and did a great job silencing our screeching garage door. He was even able to arrive early and had a great can-do attitude! The only downside is now we are thinking about options he showed us to replace the door for an updated look.....sigh..... I had a broken door and figured I would have to wait till the next week to get someone out. Called on Thursday afternoon and the repair was completed just after lunch on Friday! Matt was not only on time but early! Assessed the situation and made a complete repair in no time. I couldn't be more satisfied! If I have any criticism, it's that Matt is an Ole Miss fan! Arrived in that time frame, explained my options, replaced the rail and belt assembly on my door opener, adjusted the door opening and closing limits and, explained the warranty on the parts and work performed. He replaced my outside keypad that had gone bad after only a few years that had originally been installed by another company.
