Wes did a great job, and was done in no time! He converted my single-spring (broken) setup over to a double spring, which should help extend the life of the springs. He also made some other upgrade recommendations to replace the inferior plastic sleeve bearings on the bearing plates with sealed ball bearing units instead, which I opted for. Now my already quiet door opens/closes almost silently. Very happy with Wes' service!

After dealing with overpriced shade-tree Sharks for Garage door repair and parts, I finally called Precision in 2014. My garage door was fixed perfectly , the price was less than 75 bucks, and this year I replaced my old 1996 chain drive Genie with a Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener and ,, it was cheaper than I had expected! Everyone from Dispatch to the Technicians are kind, punctual,and knowledgeable! So why would you want to go anywhere else? They are a 5 star accredited business in my book!! FYI, The liftmasters openers with MyQ technology is awesome! I use my smartphone to open,close my garage door...But it closes on its on after a set amount of time that you have programmed, just in case you drive off and forget to close it~~

I called for a service appointment around 8:15 AM, they set the appointment for between 10-12 that same day, Rick, the technician, called me about 9:30 to say he would be at my house in around 20 minutes, and he was! He was very professional, and completed the servicing, fixing my problem, and taking care of a few other minor issues very quickly. I will definitely use Precision again.
